I received a call from the manager and she asked what can we do to make my experience better. I told her that they needed to take to heart the recommendation I made, to improve their customer service. She said she would take it to the staff meeting on Monday and implement changes. I guess that is all I can ask for.

Update on the service they provide me. They told me I have a gift card for 330 $. I asked them for a $ 309 motherboard so they told me they would call me back and it was no problem. So they never call and i call 4 times in one day getting blown off each time to have them send me an email for a quote sayong i would owe $ 146. They were going to charge me a consulation fee, OS reinstall fee and a computer build fee… all to order a motherboard… This is a joke and no one takes their job seriously. Even the call center agent said a supervisor would call me and sent me an email saying the guy who quoted me the extra payment would call me tomorrow instead… How hard is it to order a part? If you don’t want my service then why don’t you just refund me instead? Don’t go here unless you want problems. Old review I originally had a review that was not positive with this company but have changed my mind after the manager called me and worked out a situation that was fair for both of us. I was refunded the amount used as in store credit and will be putting it towards a new system that they will help me build. I am doing this to give them another chance because everyone deserves second chances and they really gave effort into making sure I was happy. That’s customer service :)
