O’Reilly Auto Parts

The old guy that picks up the phone «Steve» is a real jerk, obviously hates his job because he is ALWAYS condescending and rude. I would go to the other locations on Dana and Westwood Village just to avoid Steve. I don’t understand why people that hate their jobs continue to treat the customers like garbage instead of quitting. The other guys that work there have always been helpful and courteous, so I don’t understand why Steve is always taking out his issues on customers.

great customer service! I needed help with a bulb replacement in my headlight. Jest came out said he wasn’t sure he could do it, my acura is a tricky one apparently. anyhow, a few minutes later he did it, I left very happy and confident i will return for all basic car essentials :)

Terrible customer service. I was disregarded and ignored for 10 minutes before being helped and then spoke to like a child because I’m a woman. So if you have the option to go somewhere else I would.

So I had a problem with my brake lights going out on me. Every time I turned my car off, the brake lights would remain on. I drove over to this location and told the guys what happened. They went out there and checked it out to see what it could have been and suggested a part. They also recommended that I unplug the battery once I got home so it wouldn’t run out. They even showed me how to do it and gave me a sized part to take home so I would be able to do it myself. Definitely awesome of them. The next day I tried to fix it, and I found a piece of a part that had been broken off and it didn’t look like it was related to what they gave me, so I went back in and showed them. They took a second look at it, and he said «It’s not a $ 35 part that you need to replace, it’s a $ 0.30 part»… He said it was something so small, that they would give me my money back, and they wouldn’t charge me anything for the parts, or for them going out there to fix it for me themselves in the 100+ degree weather in the sun. Champs. I was impressed by this customer service that I started using my Unilocal page just to say what great guys work here.

I needed to get a part for my car to be repaired in the morning. I came in around closing and needed help finding the part. The employees were very unhelpful and tried to rush me out of the door instead of helping me. I eventually found my part but I would have been out the door a lot quicker if the staff would have helped me. Horrible customer service!

Made 3 – 4 trips into O’Reilly today while our trailer was broken down and we were attempting to replace the hub ourselves. They were nice enough to loan us tools so we wouldn’t have to buy them. Thank you for saving our holiday weekend trip!

I I took in a squeaking windshield wiper that I bought about six months ago but only recently opened. I told them that I couldn’t even remember where I bought it, but I THOUGHT it was O’Reilly Auto Parts, and since it was just out of the box it shouldn’t be squeaking.
Even though I wasn’t sure I bought it here, they didn’t mind a bit! They took the wiper, showed me the replacements and switched a few pieces around until they got it working perfectly!
I told them I’m not positive I bought it there, but that didn’t stop them from being incredibly friendly, helpful, and going out of their way to fix my problem and treat me like a regular customer… THAT is good business right there.
I will be returning here for my future auto-​parts needs.
