To clarify, I haven’t had the pleasure of being treated by Dr Orlando so this review is for his partner Dr Dan Sorrick.
I have to say, if anyone reading this needs a Great Dentist, I can’t recommend Dr. Dan highly enough. Not only does he do a great job, he is very personable and makes it a pleasure to go to the dentist. I actually look forward to my next appointment! And who looks forward to going to the dentist?!
Dr. Dan is also the ONLY Dentist who actually called me personally after business hours to check on how I was doing with my new temporary crown. Now THAT is above and beyond the norm from any other dentist I’ve been to.
Super dentist, super staff too! Wish I could give 10 stars!

Wasn’t happy! Miss my appointment because of miscommunication. Told the front desk I was in pain. Office clerk said they where to busy to see me. Comeback in a week…. I never been turned away before… Was willing to wait??? Doctor might be great can’t say the same about the front desk.

I went to Dr. Orlando yesterday to get a tooth checked out that had been bothering me for months. I was apprehensive as I had not seen a dentist in six years but the visit went very well. The staff was super friendly and accommodating (I was fifteen minutes late, which is de rigeur for me and they didn’t chide me) and all of the dental equipment was the latest technology. Nice clean office with the usual People magazines, coffee and free toothpaste samples.
Best of all was Dr. Orlando, who had great bedside manner. He listened really attentively to my tale and dental woe and, the best part is, made me feel really assured about it. He seemed genuinely kind and caring. Not a scary dentist at all! I go back for a filling and cleaning in a few weeks (book your appt early as he seems to be a popular dentist and doesn’t have many slots open) and I am not dreading it all.
