I am new to Redding and I did a lot of research before deciding to take my pride and joy 1986 300ZX. With only 18,000 original miles on a car that’s 26 years old I need a company that is just as invested in my car as I am. Everyone at Perry’s starting with the first call with Patrick made me feel like I made the right choice. I took my car in to establish a baseline on my car so we can monitor any changes and keep her in tip-​top shape. They did a thorough job going over my car and provided a detailed report and explained it to me. Left there only needing a fuel and air filter change. They are honest and a pleasure to do business with and to top it off I received a thank you card! Way to go! Your loyal customer, Xochi.

I know very, very little about what’s under my Toyota Echo’s hood, but Perry’s was very good about being honest about what needed to be repaired versus what could wait to be worked on. The service was extremely fast, and Patrick provided excellent customer service. They followed up the repairs with a hand written card thanking us for our business, which demonstrates the sort of business they run. We’ll certainly be using them in the future.

As good as it gets? I think so. For many years whenever needed PERRY’S is where I go. Smog to Brakes comes to mind for my most recent needs. Although out of the way they are always willing to drive me somewhere while they work on my vehicle.
Class act with great customer service from receptionist to mechanic to owner. Finding a repair person can be hard and I feel that this location is as honest as the day is long. And I’m in no way related to or employed by this place. Just like to see good people get recognized.

I loved that they explained everything that was going on with the car in detail. They also let me know of other things that need to be taken care of, but didn’t pressure me or tell me it had to be done. I like that they let me choose what I needed at that moment. They also answered every question I had.
