I’ve been seeing Sally off and on for the last 8 years, whenever I’ve experienced a flare up of muscle issues, and I have to say that I have found relief each and every visit. The Heller massage is like no other massage and I encourage you to experience it. Sally has a comprehensive understanding of the body and how it works and is eager to share that information with her clients. Whether it be providing helpful tips to those of us who sit for long periods throughout the day or helping us adjust the way we walk in order to eliminate certain muscle aches, Sally has thoughtful solutions for many of the aches that ail us all. She is reasonably priced and very pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Sally.

Take your massage to a higher level with the integration of mind, body and consciousness. This massage therapy helped me to turn my long distance running into a relaxed flow.
I am now aware of when I am in allignment with my natural and relaxed posture. This has brought me general comfort and well-​being as well as improved performance in sports. I think that ordinary massage is fine if you just want to get relief from sore muscles but if you are seeking relaxed control of your body, go to Sally for Heller Work.

Sally is amazing. I have been a client for a year now and I still am surprised when she pulls a new trick out of her bag to fix any of my issues (low back today).
I have been to many different people for massage and Sally is the hands down, no contest winner. I have never come across someone so well trained and knowledgable in this field.
I have had many issues with shoulders, feet and low back. I beat myself up pretty good and just hit the other side of forty so there is always something she needs to fix. And she does fix things.
I walked out of an hour session with her this morning feeling amazing after walking in feeling like an cripple. And it’s four hours later and I feel even better.
If you have aches and pains and want them fixed Sally at the complete retreat is who you need.
