Please check reviews for Cronic Disaster Services since they own the franchise. I wish I had been better informed when our house burned down. Unfortunately, I have had to spend months compiling hundreds of pages of documentation including pictures and information from experts chronicling intentional and negligent defective and misleading practices. Fortunately others like myself are filing against Cronic through the State Contractor’s Licensing Board, against his bond and taking other action. Beware of any verbal assurances or «contract clarifications” — as well as multiple changes. Beware he is a very charismatic personality that banks heavily on choosing selective charitable giving that will bolster community trust and influence. It is unfortunate since the charities are reputable just not his business practices. Hopefully this will help others.
