I only have two words to say about this incompetient business… slum lords. Wait, don’t get me wrong… they’re great if you’re a drug dealer and/​or user. You can break your contract and they won’t do anything… as a matter of fact, you can skip on paying rent for a month or two. They don’t have any hair on their ass to evict anyone. If you’re the bad neighbor, then you’ll love this company. If you’re the good neighbor, that’s clean, quiet and pays rent on time every month — you might want to rent from someone else or get a firearm.
