Tuesday Morning

This is the best and most organized Tuesday Morning store I’ve ever seen, and I’ve been to several through the Bay Area and Southern California. The employees are also excellent at being helpful, friendly, hardworking, and professional. The manager, Lynn, puts her heart into this store, and it truly shows. Keep up the great work!

My husband and I went in there for the first time this weekend. I found a bench seat that I really liked and wanted to purchase it. We pulled it down from the shelf to look it over and found that it was extremely uneven. It has six legs and the two in the middle were much higher than the ones on the ends. So, we thought, we could fix that. Then we noticed one of the middle legs was loose. We tried to tighten it up but found that the screw was stripped. We were told to call the main manager on Sunday. When I called her, Lynn (manager) stated «it just came in on the truck so we haven’t had much time to try to sell it». WOW!!! She was not willing to give more of a discount. They want $ 150! CRAZY for a broken piece of furniture! I feel sorry for the customer that doesn’t look it over really good. Of course, when you buy a brand new piece of furniture, for that price, you would expect it to not be broken! I WON’T be shopping there again!

Great store. They recently renovated and almost doubled the size of the store.
Wonderful and exciting items. If you are looking for new and cute items both for yourself or as gifts this is the place. If you are looking for anything in the lawn décor department this is without a doubt the place to start first the prices are amazing. I have been there on many occasions and I am always treated great. My favorite parts of the store is the bedding and linen section both
beautiful and durable.

Way overpriced! The sheets and bedding are more expensive than any other store in town and not that great of quality.
Some things are cheaper but it’s mostly a bunch of junk. Anything you’d actually want to buy in the store is overpriced.
When I went in I could find an employee to help me. The store is pretty big and they has only one staff on the floor.

Friendly return/​exchange policies… BUT
The credit card issues here need to be fixed.!!
I presented my usual credit card… no good… denied…
they tell me they are listed as a ‘variety’ store bla bla. bla.
(I had just used the card 10 minutes prior at Petsmart… tons of credit left.)
I then use my secondary card. No problem; until I get home with a message
from the used card company, flagged as fraudulent. I call the card company.
They un-​flag the purchas as good etc… jeeez
If you are out of town and this happens to you, they BLOCK
you from using your card until you contact them.
