I have to add more to my review as Tyler has done more for me. Tyler not only helped me get into my first house, but he has answered my MANY questions throughout the year. He also continued to keep an eye on rates for me and helped me refinance my loan.

Tyler is fabulous! Wet met through Catalyst Redding Young Professionals. When we were thinking about refinancing our home, we contacted him and he helped us all the way through the process. He went above and beyond in so many ways, particularly with our busy schedules, and was really prompt in responding to our questions. He even set up a mobile notary to meet with us in the bay area. Trustworthy, responsive, and got us a great rate. We are so glad we chose to work with him!

In purchasing our home, Tyler was available to us at all times every step of the way. He always responded to my questions quickly, and he always took the time to make sure I understood everything. In the 11th hour, a new program came out which could save us some of the closing costs. Even though the program was available when we started escrow, Tyler fought to get it retroactively applied before close – and he did so still managing to close several days EARLY. Our realtor said he’s one of the best she’s ever worked with on a sale. I couldn’t recommend Tyler more.
