We had some early signs of septic issues and called Welch’s because we got their coupon in the mail. They came out that afternoon and did a great job pumping out the septic. We also got some good advice about ongoing maintenance. The pump guy was friendly, professional, and didn’t mind my young children running around the yard and peppering him with poop questions as he worked.

I was extremely thankful when an emergency arose on a Saturday. I left a message and received a quick, pleasant call back and a septic tank pumped within 2 hours, and I live 30 miles out of Redding. Thank you

We called Welch because of a foul smell emanating from one of our bathrooms. I suspected a problem with our septic system either needing to be pumped or something larger.
Instead of coming out and charging us a service call. We were advised to go and purchase some bacteria and put it into our drains. If it didn’t cure the problem to go ahead and call them back. No need, the problem is solved and we’re orderless. 5 stars for being professional, courteous and service oriented. Many Thanks

I have to say septic problems are absolutely the worst but thanks to Welch our problems are over with as little hassle as possible! Great guy came out and pumped out our septic tank. He went above and beyond, gave us extra help, tips for next time and was just a very nice person. Thank you Welch!

Cheap, sweet-​as-​can-​be service, toilet rental. Despite my initial protests, we rented a port o’ potty from them for our wedding and it was actually nice! It was delivered super clean, and even had a mirror, light, and sink inside.
I called around town and this was definitely the best deal on toilet rentals.
