Bought a voucher for them from Dealchicken… good for a car detailing. I called them repeatedly, on different days, at different times… never an answer. I left a message twice — both times unreturned.
I don’t know what the deal is, I don’t live near Redford so never was «in the neighborhood» to just drive by and see what was up. (I bought the voucher when I had a weekend job in Redford, but quit soon after so that’s what I had a deal for an area of town I otherwise don’t find myself in).
But still — no phone answers, ever?! And it is the correct phone number, it was the one listed on the voucher that I also confirmed on the company’s website and FB page.
My voucher expired, unused. Gas is too high and my schedule too busy for me to just drive on down there to, probably, find the place closed for the day or something. the FB and website indicated the business was still open, no problem… so I don’t know what the deal was.
Another unsolved mystery, and I’m out $ 25.
