Truthfully, speaking this review shouldn’t been written. I went in around 11:30a.m., Sunday. Yes they were busy but people were in good spirits. It was clear from listening to a few apologies, that the kitchen was off or the server. I asked for my eggs a certain way. Simple matter, well 20 minutes later my order comes out and the eggs whites weren’t done as requested. Simple, matter .10 minutes later she brings me a broken yoke egg, The whites still not done, and cold hashbrowns. Now 30 the food is 30 minutes old. The waitress apologized but she, okayed this mess to brought out to the table. She then bought out the ticket and said the manager said just take it off, ask if it was my fault. Indeed all I wanted was breakfast. Went to the register now 45 minutes into this. Asked for a manager expressed my frustration about quality control and how I just wanted my breakfast. She apologized but I paid $ 5.00 for hot tea and cranberry juice. Then she asked we can still make it. I once again, expressed yes I wanted to seat and have breakfast. Her words ‚” we can still make it to go” I don’t think this is a bad establishment but the wrong people representing awesome local establishments. Please offer this tip, there are bad establishments, only bad representation of a brand. Thanks

A place that offers apple jelly has me hooked! Frank’s Diner is a small diner located next to BP gas station. I passed by often and decided to try the breakfast. They offer various breakfast specials under $ 5 and even have turkey sausage patties(a typical meal comes with 2 eggs, choice of meat, hash browns, and toast). I find that to be a plus for me since I prefer turkey products. The portions are large and I’ve enjoyed the food. I have only had breakfast and go back when I don’t feel like cooking. They offer egg beaters and egg whites as an option with minimal up charge. I only do carry out, so I can’t speak to customer service from servers. I can tell that they have a regular following as I hear them call customers by name. Overall, it is a good spot for early morning breakfast.

I’m a New Yorker, I know what the good is! I tried Frank diner and I’m hook! First of all, the portion is big, and the prices are low, I’m talking about low, the same portion and food cost elsewhere is double, and the taste is excellent !!! Move back to Michigan about a month ago, restaurant choice are limit, I make Frank dinner is to go place.

My husband and I have stopped into Frank’s for breakfastlunch a few times. The prices are cheap(especially for their breakfast specials), but we find the service is always lacking, whether or not the place is busy. Servers seem to hang out by the cashier stand instead of tending to their tables. The food is tasty and the portions are large. Frank’s is definitely a good place to stop in for breakfast but don’t come if you’re in a rush. *Their menu says they offer free delivery for $ 10 min. orders within two miles.*

Good food, big portions, fair price. Ordered a large chili cheese fry to share and it was the size of our heads. Only negative is a rather long wait but they were busy and it was worth it.

We went there for breakfast. My companion ordered pancakes and I ordered a Greek omelette. We’ve been trying to find a new breakfast place and I think we may have done just that. The food was good, the servings were good sized. My companion particularly loves pancakes and is very hard to please, he really enjoyed their pancakes. The only thing that was a little rough was the service. It took our server quite some time to initially come to our table, take our order and deliver our food. Aside from that(It was slightly busy) we enjoyed our experience and we like what they had to offer. We will most definitely be returning.

Great little diner right down the street. Large omelettes come with hash browns and two slices of toast at a good price. High marks for service. However, beware of getting take-out. Perhaps its just whenever we order take out from there, that its messed up. That is the only reason I give 4⁄5 stars.(simply check your food before you leave and you’ll be good).

Great breakfasts, great meals, huge meals. My church pastor lives out of this place, calls it his office. High praise indeed

The food was bland, drowned in greasy butter type substance. My hashbrowns were fried mashed potatoes. My eggs looked like imitation water based eggs… Very disappointing. How they got great reviews is beyond me… I hate to think people don’t know good food!

Basic diner type place. Good food, cheap prices. For example, any menu omelette is $ 3.99 and it comes with homemade hashbrowns and toast. A good omelette breakfast and juice or coffee is $ 6-$ 7. Not bad! I have not eaten lunch or dinner here but will do so soon.

Franks is Redford’s Best little diner in Town, Good Food with a super sized grease board with all the days specials. This place is nearly always packed and is a great place for a quick and cheap Breakfast. The Wait staff is sure to greet you as you walk in and give you great service throughout your meal. Love this place. Only down fall is they close early on Sundays.
