The last visit there were 2 young ladies working. No greeting upon entering, very snippy. Not even a thank you at the end of transaction.
Today was definitely an improvement but they have a ways to go with customer service. There was an older gentleman, he was courteous. The fish has always been fresh and taste great.

Unfortunately I have to drop my ratings — I wanted to taste their JUMBO shrimp but they are sadly not what the sign reads. They had no favor and they looked like normal shrimp; I’m glad I only ordered 5pcs ($ 6.29).
Highly suggest just sticking with fresh fish

The first time we went here it was great. That was when they were new and they were trying to be impressive. Now they don’t seem to be interested in impressing anyone. We called at 7:45 on Halloween they normally close at 8:30, we were informed that they were closing early, they closed at eight. Still plenty of time to get a carry-out order, right? Wrong. The woman on the phone informed us in a non too friendly manner that they were out of what we wanted, whatever that might have been. Okay fine. The next time we went there (we should’ve known better), we ordered ¾ lb shrimp dinner. It was pricey, cold and easy to tell that it was frozen battered shrimp. We enjoyed the first experience but every time after that has just been a disaster. We’re not going there anymore.
