One of the worst gel manicures I’ve ever had. Definitely a serious lack of training on nail care and polishing skills. No buffing to remove the old gel polish, soaked in acetone and nothing was happenu g even though I questioned her technique. She started using a tool to remove the gel polish causing damage to my nail bed and pain. After I mentioned to the manicurist that my nails where shaggy, she ignored my concerns. Looks like I polished my own nails with two left feet.

I’m dropping the rating down — my nails started lifting after a couple if days (around the 4th day); so I went in for a repair and she didn’t even knock the price down or at least suggest it. I guess that’s the risk you; I might need to try someone else or go back to my old shop.

The best nail salon Ive ever been to. Great atmosphere, very clean, very professional. My nails and eyebrows have never looked looked better, and Im a very picky person.
