Hubert-Fortiers-O’Grady VFW Post 345

This place was terrible! The guy David was constantly searching for something wrong with the event. The event was sensitive as it was. It was a Celebration of life for our brother who passed away this week. He smelled of liquor on his breath, and the stench seemed stronger after each complaint. He was unapproachable. Which was ever five minutes or so. After a few he walked and said I’m shutting you down, and walked off. Without management approval. He also threw a personal iPad down across the table when he made his own call to shut us down and walked away. He didn’t tell us why or even try to talk to us like an adult. Luckily the other guy Don came up sent the guy home and said we could start the night over, after the miss understanding. By then over half our guests had left (most in tears) and it ruined the mood of everything.

The manager David and an older women at this place are beyond rude and act as if you are bothering them. The main person that was a jerk was the manager! My friends who had a benefit here said never again and I totally agree!
