Jimmy thank you very much for your hard work at my house.

Since the first visit, the company says the plumber no longer works for them. They also did reimburse some of my money, and sent a good plumber to fix my toilets that the other plumber messed up. Much appreciated.

I was all set to write a scathing review of Levine & sons, like a 1-​star, but today my mind was changed. A few months ago my husband had work done on the bathtub at our new house before we moved in. Once we finally moved in, the problem was still occurring. Since he didn’t like the attitude of the technician at the time, and the guy seemed to try doing the quickest easiest repair, rather than the repair that would solve the problem, we chose to use another plumber for our hot water heater & other services. However, since I didn’t want to pay twice to have the same problem fixed, I decided to call Levine & give them a chance to fix the issue.
They were able to schedule someone to come quickly and accommodate my schedule (read: my kids’ nap schedules, because those rule our lives right now). Bruce, the technician showed up and had already been briefed about the situation. I expressed to him that I was very unhappy and he assured me I would not have to pay for the work done today. He expressed concern that the problem had not been adequately addressed the first time, and he showed me how he was going to fix it. Half an hour later, the problem was solved. In addition, he went over with me how I should do maintenance on my hot water heater (the one he didn’t install!) and the sump pump.
So, my opinion of Levine has been redeemed, thanks to Bruce & his attention to detail.
