Grayling, MI
Staff were helpful, but seriously lacked training. Leading to wrong order being made. Management was inefficient, but willing to fix problem. Employees behind the counter had little concern with customer service, letting the phone ring without being picked up. Unprofessional employee conversation at the front counter while serving the customers.
