Bread sticks were soggy, Parmesan wings were under sauced, the honey bbq wings were minimally acceptably sauced. Attempted to call to offer feed back, the phone call«dropped,» then I call back 2 more times, the call hung up both times, and i tried calling two times and both calls went directly to the corporate ordering number. When I asked to be connected to the store, they told me to Google it, which I explained that I had used the number on Google 3 times to call. I ended up terminating the call frustrated. That is the end of our family ordering Pizza Hut!

Service has went down hill. It is not consistent when it comes to delivery. My orders have usually been later than promised each time. I have had one of five orders to be correct. Why have I come back? It’s close and delivers. I’m done with this location after I got hung up on 3 times when I was calling to check on my delivery order. When he finally answered it was rude and telling me they were closed. Well I had ordered 1 hour earlier and was checking on it. I had paid via online option. I ended up talking to a manager who gave me store credit for the issues. My order arrived and it was wrong: missing things that were listed on special requests. I’ll be finding a local pizzeria to order from after these experiences.

I like to order the pizza hut bread sticks to go along with our pasta night. I live about 10 mins away. When I got home with my bread sticks, I noticed they forgot the extra sauce I ordered. When I called them to tell them the guy on the phone seem new. He asked me to hold and then asked if I wanted to come back for it. I told him no, my food would be cold by the time I went and came back with it. I asked if I could just get my money back since I wouldn’t be using the sauce. He then put me on hold again and a woman got on the phone. She asked me if I wanted to come get my sauce or have store credit and I repeated that I lived about 10 mins away and my food would be cold. I asked if I could come after my dinner for my money back. She also put me on hold. Then said if I wanted she could give me my 80 cents back for the sauce. I said yes and she hung up the phone on me… Now I don’t see why it was so hard to give me my 80 cents back for a sauce I didn’t receive. I didn’t deserve the ghetto attitude. In the end it wasn’t worth the gas to go back up there. I will just never order from there again.

i have ordered here a few times because it is the nearest Pizza Hut. my pizza is always dissatisfying, but i always give them more chances for some reason. my boyfriend and i decided to order from here during a snow storm, my boyfriend was going to pick the order up. i ordered online an hour before we wanted to pick up our pizza, only to have the manager call me RIGHT before our pick up time, after my boyfriend was already at the restaurant, to tell me that they were closing early because of the storm. now that is perfectly fine and understandable, but there was no reason he could not have called me right after i ordered! it was late and we were forced to go elsewhere, what a waste of my time. funny how when my boyfriend gets to the restaurant, the store manager asks his staff if they got any orders and they said no. they had no idea my boyfriend was picking up the pizza that they previously called and canceled for me, so they pretended they never even got the order. nice to know that a business is ran this way. will never go back again.

Was seated quickly and drinks were brought quickly. Server was very good. the food was sreved hot. The server ensured our glass’s weere always filled and proptly got us the to go box.
