Ok, Jalot, you have some explaining to do. I went in and asked for a scratch lotto ticket. Dude was on the phone the entire time, no «hi, how are you?» Slipped him some cash, he slid me the ticket all the time talking while holding an aluminum baseball bat (at least I didn’t get hit). What happened to «thank you, come again?» Nope, just straight out into his call. I noticed on his badge it said store manager. C’mon Jalot, you can do better than that! I’ve been to your store before and gotten some excellent service. Set an example! Or maybe you own it and you don’t care because you can’t be fired.

Worse experience ever. I was walking with my service dog and the employee which was older white man with really dirty clothes said my dog wasn’t allowed in the store. Does anywhere know where I can file a complaint with the city about this? He was rude and smelled horrible. Never shopping there again. And making sure all my friends and family members stop buying from this location. I refuse to give this store a second chance. The thing that frustrated me the most was that I told him my dog was a service dog and he refused to let me in.

Brand new store in sketchy part of town. Came in for 7⁄11 and they pour a great free slurpee. Friendly staff, clean store.
