When searching for a dojo I first looked for affordability. So many are all about the money and promote students based on what you can afford. This is a nonprofit dojo. Created for the love of the art and the sharing of wisdom. Sensei Karen’s passion for teaching and the love of her students is what has kept me coming for over 3 years. Belt promotions are based on skills and dedication not your checkbook. Sensei also encourages bonding with fellow students by planning trips and gatherings outside the dojo. I will be forever grateful I stumbled upon this humble yet outstanding dojo!
