I highly recommend Junior. Make sure you call and set up an appointment because he’s always on the move and busy. My girl is a stylist and a store manager for Great Clips and she said he has given me the best fade out of the barbers I USE to see. Lines up the beard straight and on point with the straight razor. Sure you would ask yourself «well if your girl cuts hair, why doesn’t she cut yours?» That’s because I am very picky and he does a really really tight medium fade. Why I said HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was very disappointed with the barber who works the last chair (next to the restroom). I could forgive his unfriendly demeanor and rough handling of the clippers on my head if the result was decent cut, but after I showed him a picture of what I wanted (a standard fade), and after an hour of jabbing the clippers into my ears and scalp while grunting and belching, he rudely shoved the mirror in front of me, revealing the worst haircut I’ve ever experienced. I actually thought he was joking around, but April Fool’s Day was last week. I couldn’t hold back my immediate reaction of horror, seeing that it looked nothing like the picture I had shown him, which he obviously ignored. I told him I really did not want that style, which was nowhere near my request. I could see that the damage had already been done, but because I at least wanted to get something for my $ 20 that I’d be paying, I asked him to trim some off the top and round it (so that it wouldn’t be a such a high flattop). He obviously didn’t want to do his job, as he cut a bit more, didn’t show me the mirror again, and simply decided he was done. Now I look like a mix between Cameo and Trugoy the Dove from De La Soul (which wouldn’t be bad if it were still the 80s). I wish he took more pride in his work, but it seems apparent that he hates his job and can’t be bothered with paying customers. Next time, I’ll know to wait for the other barbers in first three chairs.

This place is the shit! The guys do hell of a good job! Best hair cut I had ever had, clean and the fade oh man they know what a fade is! Lol
I will return!

For those of you that are accustomed to decent customer service, the bare minimum of business hospitality, DO NOT bother going here. Don’t waste your time receiving service from these barbers that want to blast music and watch juvenile movies via Netflix. Very original.
Any appointments made are pointless; waiting in a room the size of my bedroom for 45 minutes does not justify the reason to make an appointment.
In closing, you’re much better off calling up your old friend from high school to request that mediocre haircut from their garage.

If you are looking for a barber in the IE don’t look any further. Come to Boulevard Cuts in Redlands and ask for barber Manuel. Manuel has been my barber for quite sometime and every time I come it’s always a clean cut. The prices at Boulevard Cuts are great and so are the prices and the employees. Follow Manuel on IG @manniefreshthebarber and look at his work/​talent. I recommend booking in appointment if you don’t want to wait.

Moved out to the IE about 2 years ago and was in search of good place to get my haircut. I walked in to Boulevard Cuts and have never gone elsewhere. Manuel the Barber makes sure I walk away with a fresh new cut each and every time. If you’re in the area or need a good cut, go see him. His skills are second to none!

Loved this place. Got tired of the overrated Wilson’s barbershop so I tried Boulevard. Highly recommended it. Price for haircut and beard trim is cheaper than Wilson’s. Really friendly staff. Can’t wait to get my next haircut hear again.

Been going to Boulevard Cuts for over a year now. Manuel is my barber and my haircut always comes out perfect. I have not had a cut by anyone else there, but from what I see, all the barbers there do a great job. I must mention I live in Riverside now and still drive out there to get my haircut. A barbershop alive is worth the drive.

Called and made an appointment for my husband Justin today. (They take walk-​ins, but do both them AND yourself a service by making on.) This barber shop is in an extremely small building, but don’t let that fool you. He hasn’t had this quality of service in ten years! They were extremely professional and the cut was amazing. They even used a straight razor for the line of hair on his neck! This (using a straight razor for the edge/​bottom line) is a dying practice. The fact that they provide it SHOWS their level of excellence. I wish I could provide more than five stars!

I highly recommend this barber shop. Great atmosphere these guys make you feel like long time friends. Manni has been cutting my hair and giving me hot shaves for years. You won’t be disappointed with your cut and shave! You will come out looking like a new man!

Peter is my boy. All the guys do good work. This is way better than any supercuts, clean lines, fades and tapers. It pays to be a regular so you can set a appt and avoid a wait

This is a GREAT barbershop and I highly recommend!
Peter has been cutting my son’s hair for almost 5 years. My son is Autistic, so finding a good barber in the area was quite a chore until we found Peter and the guys at Boulevard (was Top Notch back then).
Anyways, walk in and meet all the guys! Tank, Alvino, Peter and Manny are great barbers and always ready/​willing to talk sports and cut hair!
