Nothing like ordering from the drive thru and getting a cold cheeseburger. Literally cold! So cold that the cheese didn’t even attempt to melt. Looked like a kraft single right out of the fridge. Yum…

I AMSHOCKEDATWHAT I SEEANDHEARATCARL’S JRINREDLANDSCACOLTONANDTENESSESTREETS First all I am really disappointed in this location, how can a big business like Carl’s Jr & Green Burrito condone not giving their customer the right amount of change.(The cashier asked me if it was okay for them to keep a few cents because she did not have the exact change) I went in there during lunch hour rush I am like fifth person in line and I am shocked at what I see and hear when I get to the counter after I paid for my order they did not have my exact change. And I know it’s only a few cents. But like most people I am also on a budget. Then I started noticing they where doing the same thing to the other customer as well. So I started to do the math in my head by not giving the customer the right amount of change by the end of the day they would have taken a considerable amount of dollars just in that lunch rush between the drive through and the cashiers at front. It sicken me to keep hearing that for every customer THESAMETHING so — I had a enough and I told the cashier what they were doing is wrong keeping the change of the customers. So when the shift leader came over and said he would handled it but instead he went on to ignore my complaints. Then when I asked the cashier for some papaya tea(THEYDIDNOTHADANYPAPAYATEAATTHEFRONTONLYBEHINDTHECOUNTER) she just ignore me like I didn’t exist. So I was like excuse me I would like some papaya tea — then the shift leader came over again and said sir don’t be yelling at us. I told him to shut up what you are doing is wrong ITSCALLSTEALINGFROMPEOPLEDOYOURJOBAND MAkE SURETHATYOURCAHIERHANDLESTHERIGHTCOIN — I was not yelling I just ask her for some papaya tea that you have behind the counter. Then he told me with a sarcastic attitude ISN’T THERESOME — OUTTHERE so I told him to go look for himself. So that was it — the last straw. I had it so I told him I want a refund. The shift leader also told me with a smirk on his face if I also wanted his name and the corporate office number, So with a marker he put his name Gabriel. So beware of this location and make sure you get your change. really bad customer service and bad ethics behind the counter it makes me wonder in my opinion if they r keeping money!!!

For fast food it’s pretty good, they always get my order right, the food comes out within 5 to 6 minutes. I’ve never had anyone be rude to me. For a processed who knows what’s in the meat burger it taste pretty good for under 10 bucks. When it’s late and you have a burger fix this place isn’t too bad at all. Four stars for the fast friendly service, and the place is actually pretty clean, I went in the bathroom to wash my hands and it was actually very clean; that’s a first in a fast food restaurant.

Great burgers, good service, clean. The Green Burritos absolutely suck. No flavor balance. Cardboard! Had CA burrito and a bean and cheese burrito. Disappointing, even with salsa. Burgers here are great. Condiment bar is always clean.

This place has got my order wrong 5 times now. The only reason I come back is because it’s cheap and I get something free when they mess up. Also because they have a really good veggie burger that hardly anyone knows about. Every time I come I order a veggie burger with no ranch and no lettuce. Every time I get it out has ranch and lettuce. Not sure why they can’t get this right. I’m pretty sure they are just fine if you don’t customize your order. Another problem is the tables are usually pretty dirty and I have to wash them myself. It’s pretty sweet that a fast food chain had a veggie burger so I hope they can get better.

Second time around we decided to eat inside. It appears that they are short staffed as there was a long line at the drive-thru and about 4 people eating inside and 3 waiting in line to put their orders in, to include ourselves. The customer ahead of us seemed to of had a disturbing experience as there was some yelling going on. However, I was unaware of such altercation… and I was standing behind him. When it was our turn to order, the cashier called us to take our order and apologize for the yelling. Again, I wasn’t aware of it, but grateful that he still acknowledge it was not becoming of the establishment. We received our order at our table and the cashier was kind enough to ask us for condiments before he left. As I sit here I observe how he is still working in the back while the lady in black Carl’s Jr top is in line talking to some customers. I assume she must be some kind of authority as I saw her taking notes on items she was pointing towards. Pretty nice to see the one-on-one friendly conversations from the staff as they await to order or receive their order. The establishment could use a little more«love» in the cleaning up department. But stillI did observe our server/cashier empty out the trash cans during breaks before returning to his post. So at least the intention is there. The tables though, could use some cleaning. as we had to clean our own before we sat down. Upon filling up our cups we realized that what we thought was Cherry Coke was in fact regular Coca-Cola and the Cherry Coke was in the Coca-Cola dispenser(–_-) Overall today’s experience was mixed. A little bit of good and a little bit of bad. Not enough to keep us from coming back again.
