My wife and I moved in April 2015, and it’s been really nice here. They are pet friendly, accommodating, and using their club house is fun. Yes there were cars broken into, but that is common around christmas time. You just have to make sure to not leave anything in or in sight in your car for easy pickings (our cars were never broken into). We are sad to leave but with a baby on the way, and a dog we do need a bigger back yard and a 2 bedroom (waiting list for 2 bedrooms).

I was excited to move in and the manager was very friendly. The facility was clean when I came in to tour it BUT…
After only living here for less than 6 months my car has been broken into 3 times and I went to a safety meeting last week and Allen Property doesn’t seem to do anything about it. In the meeting I’ve learned that car theft is a normal thing here. I plan to move out ASAP!
