BEWARE! Hello Honest America! If your seeking a Management Company for any realty need, Steer Clear of Empire Management Group, LLC at either of their locations in Ontario, CA91764 or Redlands, CA92374. Our Board of Directors sought out a new Management Company for our HOA and set up an introductory meeting with Darlene Medlin at our complex. She arrived with smiles and lines of rehearsed achievements to relay, then gave us a fresh copy of her contract within the hour. All sounded great, so we signed. Our previous Company was neglectful, however never reached the level of disrespect or unprofessionalism in the 20+ Years, that Empire did within 8 Months. Vanessa Wuestewald is the main girl with a chip on her shoulder larger than life; My fiancé and I were also looking for our first home and relayed that to Darlene upon our first meeting. After a few weeks, we never really heard from Darlene and Vanessa was shoved on us with condescending e-mails from the start. Vanessa would go two or three days before responding to any voice mails or e-mails and never ended up producing even one lead. Instead of tarnishing the HOA relationship at the time, we decided to tell her we were going to wait and found another realtor who got us into our home The Turn: The Board approved a new Gate Lock with Access Cards costing $ 2,600 after being talked out of a standard lock and key mechanism. We were partial to the new technology and continued promises from Empire and recently became aware that Vanessa visited our property and got locked inside the complex due to the Access Cards not working properly which has been a constant complaint ever since. Vanessa decided to approve and pay the same contractor who was conveniently someone they recommended, $ 600 for a service call to «assess» why it’s not working properly less than 30 days after install. This was approved by Empire Management with no knowledge from the Board of Directors, which I happen to not be ok with. I notified Vanessa of my concern and that initiated the avalanche in declining customer Service! She wrote me an e-mail with the contractor CC’d telling me how insulted she was with my concern and how they have done so much and are offended that we would question their judgment. I was a little taken back as the customer and President of the board, and responded accordingly asking to move the situation up to the owner, Darlene ASAP. When Darlene responded, she was even worse. She proceeded to send me threatening e-mails with demeaning remarks and name calling. She singled me out and said I can’t make judgment calls and need to take a lesson and re-read their contract etc. however if she would have cooled her head for a moment, she would have realized I’d already done that. As a customer, I require to be advised on how my hard earned money is being spent and after seeing how their professionalism mimics a pissed of Hooker working on Christmas, their true colors were revealed. I was literally shocked that as hard as people are trying to keep clients these days, the Empire females pushed us right out the door. Empire Management Group is now terminated and we have never before been more happy than we are with the CAHOA.

Total crap. They stole toilets and never returned calls. Didn’t help when we needed help replacing or fixing stuff. Stay far away from this hell hole. And Vanessa has no idea what she is doing and lies. If you. Like that then rent from them. Do not rent from them. Trust me
