Firestone Complete Auto Care

This use to be my «go to» place for car repairs and tires, however my last three visits have been a total disappointment. The last three time I had to come back to get the repair done correctly. The most recent one is when my engine coolant was leaking, I took it in and they told me that They would perform a pressure test to identify the problem. So after they did the test, they inform me that the leak came from my coolant reservoir, So I told them
To go ahead and do it, less than 24 hour later, I had to bring my car back because of the same issue, so this time they told me that I have to replace the hose, see I dont my paying, but your promise to «fix it right the first time «is not true, I am a really busy person, I dont have time to keep coming back for something that you should fix the first time. When I complained about it, the manager does not seem to care, I have been a loyal and long time customer, bought sets of tires and repairs multiple time, but now its time to bring my hard earned money somewhere else, I know you probably wont care, but good bye Firestone, this will be my last visit

Very slow service. Made an appointment for 1230 to buy new tires and have them replaced. Waited 4 hours for them to be done with my car, what’s the point of appointment if it’s still going to take all day to finish. The advisor Malek was super nice though other than that this place has super slow service all to have new tires replaced. Very disappointed with this location.

I’m so disappointed, I usually come here because of great customer service. The few times I’ve came in here I felt good about what was done to my car. The previous rep explained in detail what was gping on in my car.
BUT … Today was just not the case I had an appt. Which it took the repsenative forever to find. Then he called me back to tell me my car was done. After purchasing the total care package so that a full Inspection was made to my car it turns out they didn’t even put air in the tires and my sensors was still on for low tire pressure I had to return and have them put air which then resulted for the light to turn off.
I had an oil change done to my car but I’m not sure that it was even done no sticker no nothing.
I used to think this place was place where they weren’t sterotypical about taking advantage of women and lack of knowledge with cars. But I’m convinced and ladies I would tell you sadly bring a Guy with you so you won’t be take advantage of. I’m never coming here again I’m taking my car else where

Great prices & Very polite. Very busy so it’s best to drop off the car and come back if you can. I bought 2 tires not the cheapest and not the most expensive and an alignment for 300. Less then when I looked around @ price quotes.

It was my first time coming to this spot for an oil change, so I called ahead, made an appointment and was told that there was a deal going on so I could print a coupon on-​line and bring it in.
There are a bunch of coupons on their website that are good until the end of October. I used the $ 19.99 for a synthetic blend oil change and it was pretty straightforward. They weren’t too pushy on trying to sell me other things so I appreciated that. Total time was about 1.5 hours on a Monday at 3pm.
There’s a nice waiting area but the only thing that I would recommend is improving the ventilation in there. Maybe it’s just me, but the tire smell was kinda giving me a headache.

These friendly folks helped me with a very minor repair of a part that I’d already separated from my vehicle and they did so quickly and professionally.

Appointments are useless. An hour and a half after my scheduled appointment, my car is at last being worked on. If I had been given this information up front, I wouldn’t have stayed. I understand that the car may not be seen the moment the (supposed) appointment starts, but this is ridiculous. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and so should anybody else who values their time. Very unhappy.

If you want the best service in redlands on your car repair you need to go see chris the manager he will take care of you I know from the years I been going there the people there are nice they greet you when you walk in there is one young lady that has a big smile on face no matter when I go in there

My brakes were making a strange sound. I took it in, they looked at it and told me my brakes were fine and some nuts or something needed to be lubed. They added some lube. Took about an hour. My brakes were fixed. I asked «how much?» It was free. I left after they fixed it, and there was no charge. Five stars.

I love to give business a chance to prove themselves. The latest woe was my battery which is only 2 years old had gone bye-​bye. The worst thing to find out is walking to your car from work and your car won’t start. After being jumped, I was able to get home. In that time I called Firestone to which they said come in the next morning and they will take care of me.
The next morning I was able to start the car and come over. I was promptly helped by Candice who I know from way back. Long story short I was out in under 2 hours because the battery had to be shipped to their location. I have gone here for oil changes, tire patches, new tires, and battery and I will continue coming back.

I received a call from Chris the manager today. He was very sorry for the poor service I received. He told me he would take care of me if I brought my car back in. I went there today and got my oil change done in less than 30 minutes. I was very satisfied with the service today. I definitely plan on returning.

I bought 4 new tires here. I ordered my tires online and also booked an appointment online. I researched the Firestone tires that came with my car when it was new. Firestone Complete Auto Care’s prices beat all the local membership stores and chain and independent tire centers. Plus, the free tire rotations, road hazard, and being able to get the tire serviced at any of their locations was a big selling point. Firestone employee Kandice called to say the tires I ordered were no longer available. She upgraded me to the higher priced tire, but gave me the lower price from my original order.
Tires were installed in a timely manner. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Coffee was available, a large flat screen tv, and free wifi. All this made the time pass quickly.
I had a minor problem and Cesar, the manager, took care of it with a friendly, professional and efficient style. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family.

Always great customer service! Greeted right away. And everyone is always so kind and up beat. I love it. I’ve never had any complaints on the work they do. Other than them being busy all the time, which makes it hard to book an appointment, they have great quality work and great employees. I will probably do all my oil changes/​any other car issues here.

I went to Firestone last minute with an unexpected faulty run flat tire, far from the dealership and the service manager went out of his way to help me. He not only promptly took a look at my car, but he thoroughly explained what needed to be done while still looking for the best value for me. My experience was so positive I took my niece’s car there when she needed more comprehensive car care and again had great service.

This place is great. Make an appointment and drop off your car. They do the job right.

I took my wife’s car in for a tire check up and was blown away with the service Chris the manager provided for me. I will absolutely be going back to service my car there. One of the best experiences I’ve had at any car service establishment!

For all you 1 star people, I have to say, I am a business owner, I get what it takes, whats fair and what are just INSANE requests customers make. So many feel they are ENTITLED to things, and since they are the customer they have the
«RIGHT» to degrade, put down, and frankly piss on people. FAIR is FAIR, and in the world of business, integrity, honesty and being professional is key.
Car maintenance these days is a whole new ball game and to have great people in place to manage, assist and cater to clients is essential.
This Firestone location is the best location I’ve ever been to. You have Kandice and Adan who handle the front end, so personal, engaging and approachable. Not to mention completely professional, and they know their stuff. To the great manager who is always giving pats on the back, and when he can’t give a thumbs up, there is no thumbs down, just a lesson to learn. He is really good with people. Junior who worked on my car made sure to double check everything the 2^nd time around and really made me feel confident in the Firestone brand to be able to handle BMW/​Mercedes.
All in all, this branch is great. Even with what happened to my vehicle, a small misstep that had turned into quite the tricky issue, they handled it with ease, and the manager made sure I was accommodated in anyway possible. Thanks guys for all your hard work and integrity. If you want a fair and honest repair shop, these guys have got your back.

Quite honestly, I was a bit skeptical to go to Firestone based on Unilocal reviews, they were either really good or really bad… but I decided might as well pay them a visit and see for myself– get a vibe of the place. I kind of figured it was either going to be really good, or really bad based on the reviews…
So, upon my arrival at Firestone, I was immediately greeted by two representatives. Told them I’d like pricing on tires. They were the only ones who out of all the places I visited today, actually went out to my car, did the measurement thing on my tires and asked me what I was looking for.
Now, to be fair, I saw online prices were $ 66 for a particular tire and they had a buy 3 get one free special. However, when I did online quote it was $ 88/​tire but they took one $ 88 tire off. Then divided the remaining balance and it equaled $ 66 per tire. That’s correct. But that’s a price for FOUR tires. That’s not exactly a buy 3 get one free. Anyone who’s bought a car can relate, it’s a shell game of prices.
Moving on. I told them I was shopping around and had quotes and papers in hand to show what other prices I had gotten that day. They asked to see my paperwork. I handed it over. It took awhile, they even called the place I got a really good quote from. They said they had a price match guarantee. It took them some time, they even called the place I got the good quote from, and at the end of the day, they made good on their grantee and matched the price for the tires and the alignment and got me right in.
Bottom line: they will try to upsell or over sell you. But then again, this IS a business. They’re there to make money. I found the staff to be very personable and treat you well. Car has new tires, rides completely different, and at the end of the day, I’m happy with what I got. Would’ve given 5* had it not been for the shell game pricing.
Would I recommend? Absolutely! Just be smart when you go there ;)

My front passenger side tire blew out on the 210 freeway, when I was driving alone. I drove on the flat to Costco, where a single tire would be almost $ 200, and I would have to wait 3 – 4 hours. Some research brought me here instead. They were actually open on a Sunday evening.
The gentleman who helped me was very nice, quoted me $ 230 to replace BOTH tires, and my car would be done in less than an hour. He told me about other options (insurance, replacing all 4 tires, etc) but didn’t pressure me about them. After they started on the car, he told me that the price would actually need to be higher because they had to re-​calibrate the tires. Since he hadn’t told me this upfront and it would have made the price much higher, they did it for no extra charge.
There is a clean waiting area with comfortable chairs, a kids’ table, and TV too.
Firestone saved me and had me back on the road in no time. Highly recommended!
