Purchased a new game, Diablo III that apparently comes with Infernal helm and angel wings as downloadable content. I tried to redeem and code was invalid, so I called them back and told them the issue. They referred me to Microsoft and I asked «What if they don’t help resolve this «their response was that it is not their problem. That since it’s no longer a new game they can neither return or exchange the game. The game itself had been a display unit for MONTHS and already been opened by THEM. Take your business elsewhere. Kimberly was the rude associate that provided me with this «customer service «of telling me to basically F off.

This is the Gamestop closest to me so I go here when I have to pick up my games and accessories. Friendly staff, always willing to talk about the latest games they have played and what is coming out. I always feel like I am getting someone’s honest opinion when I ask a questions regarding gaming etc.
