This place is awesome, Highly recommended and have Friendly /​nice staffs. They’re doing wonderful job. It’s the best pet grooming place. I love this it.

Got referred over to Head to Tail by one of my buddies, and I absolutely love it! I had both my dogs groomed there and they both look fantastic. Staff and owner are very kind, professional, and respectful. The definitely will be getting all my future business for my dogs.

Today was my first time here and I am so happy that I found this salon. I brought in one of my three, shaggy and unkempt, and he came out looking like a real Pekingese — glorious coat, neat face, tidy paws and so happy and relaxed. Kris took the time, while I was still there, to allow Beazie to check her out and decide she was okay, all of which took less than two minutes. Let me tell you, my little lion dog is a great judge of character and he cannot be swayed by trickery! Head To Tail has a positive, nurturing, enthusiastic and professional energy and it is so obvious that they all really care about animals. Ten Stars!!!

We HIGHLY recommend the K9 monthly dental plan with Tammy. Our dogs have been going for over a year and they both have healthy teeth, with good breath, and pink gums. Taking your dogs to Tammy regularly is the best thing you can do for your dog! She’s kind, consistent, and thorough. Thank you Tammy for doing such a good job!
Head to Tail Pet Grooming does an outstanding job too!!! Our retriever has the works done each time we take him there. He comes back smelling fresh, perfectly clean ears, nails buffed, and a perfect haircut. I can’t say enough about this place. 10 paws up!

Head To Tail Pet Grooming is absolutely AMAZING! I called them this morning and from the start they were so nice and showed so much love for my baby without even meeting him. Because he’s a puppy and it was his first grooming they wanted to do a introduction so he wouldn’t be scared during his session right there I was sold! That spoke volumes to me about the owner and her pet salon. Maverick did so well they were able to fit him the same day! Upon picking him up my husband said he was just sleeping on the floor, they let him just do his thing and walk around he wasn’t put in a kennel that made me soooo happy to hear! Maverick looks amazing and smells so good! I can’t stop smelling him! I can’t wait to bring my other two dogs! I will never go anywhere else!

They did a perfect job on my two Boston Terriers! They even came home with little bows-​so cute and unexpected! Plus, they are much more affordable than the last place I took them to in Redlands! I posted the pictures.

I have brought my three dogs to be groomed here and have had a great experience each time. My three dogs come home happy and unstressed. My Border Collie needed a bath and trim. When I picked her up, I realized I had not communicated that I wanted her feathers and skirt really short. I asked if they could do that and they gladly did. My German Shepard mix is anxious and has needed to be muzzled in the past when being groomed. She also has a heavy undercoat. I needed her to have a summer shave. When I picked her up, she was beautifully shaved and did not need to be muzzled. My German Shepard boy has an undercoat that causes tumbleweeds on the floor. I brought him in and he was «furminated». I was told that my boy, who dislikes water, sat calmly in the bath, while they brushed him out. That is a first! I truly recommend Head to Tail! Thanks all for taking care of my babies!

Love love love this place, and more importantly so do our little cherubs! We have been taking our miniature poodle Sophia here since they opened at the current location. She is always so excited to be going to Head to Tail and can’t wait to get in the door! We got a new puppy last year and she is just as excited to be going to the groomer. I can’t say enough about Kris and her staff. We have appreciated their kindness, professionalism and willingness to accommodate whatever our needs have been over the years. I highly recommend them!

I’ve trusted Head to Tail with my two shitzus Mimi and Stormy who were my princesses for years. Now I have a very vocal beagle son, Bailey who suffers from allergies. He goes in every 4 weeks and he loves this place! Kris, the owner is wonderful and her staff are exceptional… I refuse to try any other groomer since going to this salon… you won’t be disappointed!

I have never had a dog that required grooming before so when my new puppy needed a hair cut I decided to try Head to Tail Grooming. They did a decent job, however, the fur was cut a little too long and she will be needing another groom before too long. The reason I gave one star is that they left my puppy in a crate for three hours before getting to her despite the fact that I had an appointment. I will not be going back.
When I made the appointment I informed the person who answered the phone that this would be her first visit at your salon, although she had been groomed before at another salon without any problems. This salon I closer to my home than the previous one and had good reviews, so I thought that I would give it a try. Nothing was ever mentioned about new puppy orientation. And yes, I am sure that I am leaving a review for the correct salon: Head to Tails grooming on the corner of Outer High Way and Alta Vista. I had a 10:00 appointment and she wasn’t ready to go until 2:00. When I picked her up she peed all over me due to being left in a crate without a potty break for so long. When I have an appointment I expect my dog to be attended to within a reasonable amount of time, and not be crated for three hours before you can get to her.

Wow! Just tried this groomer today for the first time for my two babies. They were friendly, very knowledgable, professional and did a wonderful job. I’ll definitely be a regular from now on. I completely trust them!

We’ve taken dogs to Head to Tail from puppies to old-​timers, and every stage in between, and I can’t speak highly enough of the treatment they’ve received. These people really do care about the pups that come through the door. With puppies, they acclimate them to the process of grooming with affection and gentleness. With older dogs, they give special attention to their needs. Our dogs absolutely love Head to Tail. After some BAD experiences with other groomers, it’s a relief to find a groomer that is good at what they do and treats the dogs well.

I really like this place. First of all, I appreciate that they have the tables up front so the owners can see their dogs getting groomed — no hidden, behind the door sort of thing. Upon seeing Tracy (the groomer), our dog wagged her tail so we felt good leaving her with somebody that she felt comfortable with. Our dog is a Great Pyrenees with a LOT of fur, and Tracy did an awesome job. She is now officially our go-​to groomer! Also, dogs that are already groomed get to «hang out» together in the front area while other dogs are get groomed. I like the fact they get to socialize and relax instead of being caged up. 4 paws and 2 thumbs up!

We have been taking our very large Great Dane once a month for years now and I’m pretty sure she is one of their more stubborn clients ha! Macy does not like to leave our side so she tends to be difficult when we first arrive. Kris and the rest of her staff are always patient and kind and Macy always comes out happy and clean. They always take extra care to get her ears super clean and her nails the right length. If you have a large dog I would highly recommend coming here as they are well equipped for large dogs and they LOVE them like they are their own. Also, they are fairly priced and ALWAYs get us in even in a pinch. We love this place and the entire staff. Keep up the good work!

Head to Tail Pet Grooming is the absolute best in the business of pet grooming. My wife and I feel very fortunate that we found this delightful business and have been regular customers every couple of month’s for the past seven years. Our two Yorkies are always happy to see Kris, the owner of Head to-​Tail; and Kris allows us to make an appointment to watch her groom our dogs while we wait. Kris trims our dogs in front of us, unlike some lesser businesses that hide in another room during the grooming process.
Kris is a Master Groomer in all breeds, and her work always shows her knowledge and love of the dogs and cats she grooms to perfection every time.
Head-​To-​Tail is the finest pet grooming business in the entire Yucaipa Valley, in our opinion, and there are many people that bring their pets a long way in order for Kris to do the grooming. We would never consider going anywhere else.

When I moved to Yucaipa this was the first Dog Groomer I tried. We had a Huge Rott and he loved this shop and the staff they were very gentle with him. Now I have a Large Puppy and we have taken the Puppy to the shop and the dog did well and we will be back soon with our Dog Max. The staff is friendly and all of the pets when I go to pickup my dog look happy.
