Last week I was referred to J & M by a jeweler after I requested having a seashell engraved. Although no one was really sure whether the shell would be strong enough, they were willing to try as long as I wasn’t too attached to the shell. At that time, they didn’t really know the significance of the shell, and I was just hopeful it would work.
Today I picked up the shell and it brought me to tears to see the names beautifully engraved within. It is a scallop shell that I will carry with me on my 580 mile walk on the Camino de Santiago in Spain. After I told Steve the significance of the shell, he gave me the shell asking for no payment. Now it truly bears the reverence of a pilgrim shell, I am so grateful. Thank you J & M!

Went in on a Thursday, looking to get some engraved plates for my fantasy football trophy and expected it to take a few days and blamed myself for taking so long to do it. Sure enough they had it done the next day by 2 and it looked great! Awesome service and I most definitely will be back! Thanks again guys!

I received a free engraving card from the 66ers, when I went in to use it the 69 year old man Keith took it and asked what I wanted. I clearly stated I wanted to use the free engraving. Keith then pulled out a template and showed me that is the size and font I would get. When I picked up the item they wanted to charge me $ 25. I spoke to the owner Stephen and discussed my issue. He «discounted» the work to $ 10. I paid it just so I can get out of their.
They lost a long time faithful customer!

I’ve had several different items engraved for gifts and have been impressed. I like the creative ideas they come up with such as a retirement gift for my husband that captured his love of restoring old hot rods. They went out and found me a crystal decanter and engraved it for a friends wedding gift. The wedding gift was a last minute request and they fulfilled my request and had it shipped to me within the week. We’re very impressed with the new owner and look forward to ordering unique and personal gifts from him in the future.

Don’t listen to the two negative reviews! There is a new owner who is great! He is a young guy with fresh ideas. I walked in needing a unique wedding gift and ended up ordering a wooden wine gift box with engraving. Needless to say the box turned out amazing and the bride and groom loved it! I will definitely be back for any future unique engraved gifts.

This place is SOOO nice. Don’t listen to other reviews. I have been getting wedding, engagement and birthday presents engraved here for awhile. They know me by first name which I thought was very nice. Two champagne flutes engraved with full names and Mr. & Mrs. came out to $ 8! How is that overpriced? Other engraving places charge $ 4 per letter! The people here are amazing and like a mom and pop type of atmosphere. I didn’t get paid to write this and I do not work for J&M. Just a loving customer.
