I brought my, soon to be two year old son, to his little friends birthday party and when Kona Ice of Redlands showed up all the children were mystified!!! From pulling in with themed birthday party music to the delicious selection of flavored ice this place is one of a kind! Not forgetting their customer service, which makes or breaks a business and customer experience my my opinion, was fantastic! This is the coolest addition to any birthday party (or event even!)! Subsequently, I’ve hired them for my sons second birthday party and I can’t wait to surprise him, and everyone there!

I hired these guys for my daughter’s frozen themed birthday. It was amazing! The showed up with frozen themed music (totally unexpected!) and all the kids went nuts! It was so fun for everyone to come up with their own combinions too. The owners are too sweet and awesome with the kids, we are definitely using them again! Highly recommended.

From the first contact via email, to the end of the event, this has truly been one of the best businesses I’ve ever dealt with! Arrangements were simple AND reasonably priced, and the customer service impeccable. When the truck arrived, they even had Frozen music playing! (This was the theme of my daughter’s party). They were friendly, quick to serve and really went out of their way to make sure everyone enjoyed themselves! We could not have asked for a better addition to our daughter’s party! We will DEFINITELY use this company again! Highly recommend them!
