I came to Dr. Nguyen because I was referred to by my primary doctor for some cardiac concern. Dr. Nguyen is the very first doctor that I have met who, meticulously highlights (yes, she uses a highlight) the reports she got from my primary doctor and takes notes on what I was saying and asking. She listened attentively and made me feel that my «story» and questions (no matter how mundane) matter. She explained to me in plain, simple words what my issues were and took her time to. She is so warm and caring and so easy to like.
