I really try to stay out of the Big Box stores when buying food and/​or any other thing I might need/​want for my three dogs. Paws made it very easy for me to do this when I discovered that the food and treats I regularly buy actually cost less in their store than they do in the BB (Big Box). I love the idea of the family owned business and supporting local folk. I know that the Paws owners’ do a lot of good in the community for causes involving cats and dogs. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable, my brands and sizes of food have always been available, It is definitely worth a few extra miles to shop at Paws for my pets’ needs!

Great service and care today — wonderful person came over and said hello and genuinely showed interest in my satisfaction… Got us started in the frquent buyer club for Natural Balance and had also introduced us to this great food for our Mini Schmauzer… Left very pleased with this store today! Sam

This is the BEST PET FOOD STORE ever!!!
The owner here she knows a lot about feeding dog and cat. I and my boyfriend together have a few dogs and a cat too feed. We first started with commercial brands like Blue Buffalo but then we switch to natural pet food like Orijen and Acana.
They carry all kinds of dog treats and dog food at a pretty good price… A 15 lb bag Orijen dog food is about 50 bucks. and they have variety kinds of Cat Canned Food priced from 1 $ to 4 $.
Absolutely a must go place for people who love their pets like their own kids.

I won’t shop anywhere else for food for my cats. I have been a long time customer and really appreciate their selection, prices and customer service. Their staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. On several occasions I have gone in and asked for advice on what to feed my cats. There is no where else you will find staff who know so much about animals and can give you real recommendations on quality pet food. Their location is a bit off the beaten path, but the parking is very easy. They don’t carry all of the brands you see at bigger stores, but you know that if they carry the food, it’s high quality you can trust!

I’ve been shopping at Paws for so long, these people have become my friends. Steve and Karyn deeply care about our animals, and it is evident. I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase any kind of food for my dogs at Paws, because I know that if it wasn’t good for the dogs, they wouldn’t carry it. The store is clean as a whistle, and very orderly, and I enjoy browsing to see what’s new. They always have the store well staffed, and because I have three dogs, I buy a huge bag of food. There is always someone available to carry it out to my car. I genuinely enjoy shopping at Paws!

We gave this store another chance and were very surprised. They must have gotten new employees because Shaina is outstanding. She was helpful, polite and ordered the food we needed instead of trying to push something else on me.

The only place I go to get my dog food. Friendly and knowledgable employees, great management, and a very large selection! Not to mention the gourmet treats at check out my dog loves. I will never go anywhere else! I always leave satisfied!

I love Paws. I know my mom went to their store for years at their old location because we had a picky Persian cat. Now that I have my own kitties an have moved back to to area, I come in to get Origen cat food. The employees are fantastic and so helpful. They really go above and beyond to help you find what is right for your pet. It helps that they have experience with their own critters and can tell you what they have seen.
Also, they have a guarantee policy so if your pet is picky about a new food you can return it and try a new one!
I will continue to be a frequent patron of this awesome pet store not only to but my pets’ food, but to see their sweet kitties and swap stories with the fantastic employees.

Really, what is there to complain about? This place has a plethora of pet supplies from bird seed, to puppy clothes, to food, to everything in between. The place is clean and is pet friendly. My dog loves coming to this place and checking out all the neat stuff they have!

This is a great little pet store. Staff is always so helpful and they have a fair selection of goods. They will help you choose food/​etc for your pet, and offer a full refund if your pet doesn’t like it. Next door there’s a little thrift store/​pet adoption center. The whole center feels welcoming and wholesome. I bring my dog here for anesthesia-​free teeth cleanings.

I have been purchasing dog food from this store for years and have spent a lot of money there. I purchased an over the counter allergy testing kit there for $ 80. I returned it for a refund.
The store owner called me today and was so belligerent, rude and degrading. I will never purchase anything from them again!
Karen, this product wasn’t used! The 3 swabs, comb, and baggy that were in the kit was untouched. I returned the item to Paws for a refund, where I purchased it from. This company offers a 100% guarantee and refund on this product, which is noted on their website. So this shouldnt have been a problem.

Lol I did do the math, that is why I returned to be yelled at by you and your «well trained» employees. Your prices are a bit high and I was willing to over look that until your extremely subpar service held you back. Also how childish of you to try to say I looked unstable and possibly on drugs to try to cover your own hide. If anyone is unstable, you’re proving to be that person by your actions. Also I thought I made it clear I want nothing to do with your store and neither does my girlfriend, as far as we are concerned your store no longer exists.

Previously located in downtown Redlands, before the accidental fire, I was worried that PAWS was going to go out of business at the time. Alas they just relocated to a different area of Redlands.
This is my Mecca for my two dogs (Lab-​Dalmatian & Great Dane), they absolutely love this place. They just walk as they please sniffing all the food, treats and toys. As far as merchandise. This place has it all. Albeit it’s not your Purina-​type of store, this place has all the grain-​free/​specialty dog/​cat food you might need, the toys selections are great and the service is outstanding! The owner is a BIG fan of Great Danes, and he usually will feed my dogs some treats when they visit. If you’re looking for niche and unique products you can find it here. Wish they were a little closer in proximity to where I live, but there is no other place like it. Nonetheless my dogs and I enjoy the trip out.

I’ve been patronizing PAWS since they were located on State st. It’s been run by the same, very nice family for years. I like that they helped me find a very comparable food since they didn’t have the brand I was looking for. They didn’t know about the product, but they researched it there on the spot!
Karen also recommended a dog trainer for me. I deployed with the Army in recent history and when I came back my dog had severe separation anxiety and developed bad aggression. Sue Stevenson is the lady Paws put me in touch with and she is one of the best animal handlers I’ve come into contact with ever.
This store is pretty busy though, if you need an item or information it’s best to visit in person. Phone messages get misplaced easily.
It’s REALLY nice that this mom and pop shop is open on Sundays since its the only day off I have.
