I love FBBC. I signed up for the 6 week little black dress project and it cost me about 250 $, i had really been wanting to try it out as it was right next to my school and i saw it everyday. I am in nursing school and have NO time to work out, so this seemed perfect. The trainers were awesome esp. Brandon, Devon and Desiree. In fact i mostly went to the Calimesa establishment. There is a short dark hair trainer who makes you feel incredibly stupid while working out… I thought maybe it was my own insecurity until i heard it from 3 other women who came from Redlands to Calimesa FORTHATREASON! The workouts are intense, and are based on the TABATA method. But honestly everything can be done with some basic equipment and some motivation, independently. Anyways… The 6 weeks is almost over. I had a death in the family and missed a week, the owner is really nice and the real only con i have to this place is that price. $ 250 a month, month-to-month, $ 180 for 12 month contract and 150 $ for 18 month contract. They offer nutritional assist. with recipes(some i would never eat, and not because i can’t eat healthy and not because I’m a picky eater, because I’m not… they were just that gross. pumpkin pancakes anyone???) anyways supposed 24⁄7 support(not that i even knew, because I didn’t feel i needed«that much support» and your added to their Facebook page. If you have money to spent and want an entire lifestyle change … do it. This franchise makes bank. One of the trainers even drives a corvette… and at those prices i see why. Bottom line, I followed the my own version of their nutrition about 75%, until the death. I didnt really loose weight but i gained a ton of stamina and my clothes fit better, belly bloat was gone… etc. I can see how this long-term would make huge difference. If it weren’t for the cost, i would continue.

The program and trainers 5 star the only con I have is with the owner! Prior to doing this one I was doing the chino fit body burn boot camp, same affiliation as redlands they were completely up front with their program and cost and super friendly and willing to work with you and the cost was more affordable then redlands ! As soon as I sat down with the owner and she told me the fees and I said I had to think it over, her whole attitude changed towards me, even if I had planned signing up I was completely turned off my how rude and uncomfortable she made me feel !!!

Great trainers and support! I have been going for over a year now and honestly FBBC Redlands is the only workout regimen I’ve been able to consistently stick to, mostly due to the support and accountability from the trainers! I’ve lost weight, improved my health and I fit into clothes I wore over ten years ago! Wahoo! It ain’t easy but it’s worth it… quitting is not an option! :-) :-)

I love the quick — high intensity classes. I enjoy that I can get a great work out in just 35 minutes. I also appreciate that each class is never the same. Its practically impossible to get bored with your work out. Most of all, I love that the trainers(Shannon, Tiffany and Brandon) take the time to know your name a great you as you walk through the door. I appreciate their motivation to keep you going(I even appreciate them calling me out when I can do better). I love their positive & upbeat attitudes and the«high fives» everyone receives at the end of class.

I’ve just completed a three-week promo and attended about 12 classes during this time. I followed about 10% of the nutrition plan. I lost about a pound or two and definitely noticed changes in my energy level, stamina and improved mood. The four stars really reflect two different aspects of the program. The owner, all the trainers and the workouts deserve 5+ stars. The general business model more like 2. Here are the details: Pros: * The workouts are fantastic! They are a combination of cardio and resistance training. None of the workout sessions I attended were identical. These workouts do burn calories — even after you stop working out. * The nutrition plan is decent and will result in weight loss. But there was definitely encouragement and flexibility to meet the dietary goals in small steps. * There is a lot of support through email and facebook to stick with the program. * All the trainers are welcoming and appropriately encouraging. There are no drill sergeants here! * The owner is very knowledgeable. * It’s a really fun environment. * The workouts are available 8 times per day and since they only last about 35 minutes, they should fit in anyone’s schedule. Cons: * All the FBBC websites look the same. When you review the videos and pictures for the Redlands website, they don’t necessarily reflect how the Redlands location looks, nor the scope of equipment used at this location. * My biggest gripe with this franchise is that there is absolutely no pricing transparency. There are no prices listed on the web. When I asked about regular pricing prior to signing up for the promo, I was not given an answer. Rather I was told that the owner would discuss this with me during the nutritional consult. * FBBC Redlands is a lot more expensive than other studio-type gyms in Redlands. The regular monthly rate for FBBC is $ 250, with a 12 months contract the rate goes down to $ 180. Unfortunately, they don’t offer punchcards. * The sales techniques seemed a bit«if you don’t sign up today, this deal will go away…» kind of old school. It would have been nice to be able to think for a day on how to afford these fees. In sum, I would recommend the FBBC Redlands to anyone ready for a life-style change. If it wasn’t for the cost I probably would have signed on for longer.
