I have been to Running Center 4 times now and I will continue to keep going. I have been helped by different people every time and every time I get WONDERFUL customer service.
I have to buy shoes for 3 kids and the prices have been great and very reasonable. The is a wonderful store to shop at and the only regret I have is that I didn’t find the store sooner.

The first time I went, I was helped by a pleasant young man who really didn’t seem to know what I needed — kept asking me what was needed instead of recommending. I wore the shoes I purchased — walking for about an hour. Horrible experience — sore feet and lasted for 2 days! I called the manager who said to bring the shoes back — after wearing them! I did and had another pleasant young man who knew what he was doing — knew by looking the shoes were too small. He got me correct ones, had me try them out and they are great! I walk for an hour 2 – 3 times a week, feet don’t hurt and I feel great. Recommend them highly — but just get someone who knows what they are doing. :)

Doreen is a expert in her field. I highly recommend this place. Give yourself some time because you may have to order the shoes that you pick. Mine arrived within a couple of days. Thank you Doreen!

Second visit to the Running Center yesterday was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and nice. Met with Doreen the store Manager and she was very helpful. Will return again in the future.
