Gretchen Clark has successfully created a winning hunter/​jumper show barn with a supportive friendly atmosphere, which can be tough to do– drama queens you will not find, but fellow horse loving friends are in abundance:)
English or Western, beginner without a horse to seasoned A circuit competitor with 2 pricey warmbloods will find phenomenal instruction and expertise from Gretchen as well as her staff of assistant trainers/​riders. Lesson horses are cared for in same manner as private horses– and most are show quality for any circuit.
Prices are very, very reasonable considering the quality of facility, horses and instructors. I am from up north where training like this is immensely expensive, and out of reach for most families.
There is great trail access from the property, and the ranch quiet and serene, with a nice breeze not found in flatter parts of area during hot summer months.
I highly recommend Showcase to anyone who is in need of boarding/​training/​lessons.
They offer a great deal– $ 45 for one hour evaluation lesson on a school horse. Trust me, you will not find a better deal.

My sister has been a rider here since 1998. It is a testament to owner/​trainer, Gretchen C. that most of the student/​boarders bring their horses and stay for years. She is an excellent teacher for people and horses, not everyone can do both well. There is training for ALL levels, nice facility, beautiful location. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The horses are happy and well-​looked after, according to my sister, who should know from horses. Okay, I realize now that we should have listed what kinds of riding and training are available and if there are trails, etc. My sister, who rides here daily, is on vacation, so I will update when she gets back.
