The worst. Selling to minor and underage people. Has been doing this for years, these employees don’t care about the law. I went in tonight as my underage son was there VAPING 3 percent or whatever and when I flipped out the employees were so unconcerned about the situation. I said you know last Thursday this became illegal? Yes, he said. So you sell it anyways? Wtf I have been working with the redlands police for over two years about this pice of shit place. Time to start dealing with the ATF. ITS ILLEGAL TO SELL TO UNDERAGE PEOPLE. ILLEGAL!!! ATF. ATF ATF.

BUYERS BEWARE. DONT BUY A VAPE HERE. This shop does not back up their products. They sold me faulty equipment that leaked from the first day I had it. They tried to tweak it and I kept having to go back and forth for them to try and fix it. I was told if it continued to leak they would replace it. But when I went back after it continued leaking they told me the best they could do was give me 20% off a new one. We were regular customers that went to the store at least once a week. I can’t imagine one $ 60 vape is worth losing a loyal customer who recommended this place to all of their friends. So the owner gave me a call and said I could bring back the vape and he would give me a better one at wholesale cost for all my trouble. But when we went back he went back on his word and said we couldn’t return it. Another trip wasted. He tried to say that it was over tightened and it was our fault it was leaking. We tightened it because it was leaking! I grew up in this town and we all know businesses like these don’t last in redlands. TRY VAPE PLUS BY BURLINGTON! You definitely don’t want to make the same costly mistake I did.

Thought I walked into a funeral home, the vibe in there was like you walking into class when everyone is taking a test. There was only one guy there that was pleasantly rude and aggressive, took a while to get help. For it being 3pm on a Saturday they should have more workers.
The reason for my trip there I was picking up a bottle for a friend that wanted it, n won’t be out of work until late. I asked how much it was before I paid for it he told me $ 27 with tax it would be around $ 30 & some change, I didn’t think of it until I looked at my receipt. So he didn’t charge me the price he said ($ 27) instead he charged me $ 30 for the bottle plus taxes.
It might be a petty item but don’t tell me a price for an item and not be absolutely sure about it and then charge me the highest price.

Great helpful staff and great prices. They even had a Unilocal coupon which they helped me activate when I completed my purchase. Definitley going back here again

Finally was able to make it back in and spoke to Jason who quickly refunded me for the wire, no questions asked. I will return next time I’m in the area and need vape supplies.

Hands-​down the best vape shop in Redlands. everybody is so kind and so friendly and relatable. Rashid has the best employees and he is also the nicest person anybody can ever meet. You make friends with everyone here.

Been more than a year and my husband and I are still huge fans! In fact, we spend more time here than anywhere! While we do wander to other shops (mostly to be nosey) we always come back to Rashid’s tasty juices! Morning Wood forever! ;)

Very friendly staff, great prices, and knowledge. I bought my 2^nd vape there (I just started vaping) and they guy working there was very friendly and helpful. He suggested a great mod and tank and even set it up for me showing me how to fill and clean it. He was also very patient letting my fiancé and I try about 10 different flavors.
Highly recommended these guys it’s a great place to check out if you’re new to vaping.

Great great place. Went there yesterday, both guys were real cool and helpful. I think the first guy who helped me was named Joey, I’m not too sure, but he helped me pick my first vape, which is a Jedi mod with two 6 dual parallels on it. The other guy, I didn’t get his name down, but he helped me pick a good juice, Vape in a Cup. All in all, very kickass spot.

I don’t vape anymore but I felt like writing a review because this place deserves it. Ever since it opened last summer, Rashid has been awesome. You can tell he knows how to run a business by the way he treats his customers. He truly values each and every one of them and provides customer service at it’s finest. Only place I know that sells organic juice too. Happy to see this business thriving!

I got my first vape here and then I took it back since it was malfunctioning, they sold me a Kbox, promising a refund on my ego which I never got.
I called the owner multiple times but I got no answer then I went back and they said they can’t do it !!
I asked for a refund on the Kbox which they also refused.
Would never go back to this shop.

Love this place… always treated well and all of the staff is always kind and helpful. Working with getting my mom off cigarettes and into vaping only and Rashid has been so amazing and sweet helping me with the process and this is the only place I buy for myself and my mom.

Staff is nice, place looks decent, and for a shop the prices are pretty good. I’ve heard some bad/​shady things about the place but I’ve never had any problems with them. My only gripe is that they only carry their own juice line. Don’t get me wrong, it’s decent and very well priced, but it’s just not my cup of tea and I don’t like not having other options besides theirs. It’s definitely worth the try, though. I enjoyed ‘Murica particularly.

I love coming into this place. I make it one of my stops when I am in the area. Having tried different vape shops in different states this is the best so far. Customer service is always top notch and the prices can not be beat.

This place is awesome the owner Rashid is very respectful and knowledgeable and the shop’s atmosphere is very laid back and relaxing. Upscale vapes is an awesome place to go to and hang out even if you don’t have the money at that time to buy anything, you’re not pressured to buy their products. After I tested their vape juices I had buy a few of them and they are awesome and full of flavor and I am definitely going to upscale vapes from now on.

My wife and I walked in after lunch next door — what a cool place. We had recently bought a Mod online and it is nice, but didn’t give me the «kick» I was hoping to get from a good quality vape.
Rashid and Jason were so friendly and quick to help us try some different options — I ended up getting a new Drip-​style Mod and I LOVE it — Plus it was actually much less than the Mod I bought online.
They make some of the the best flavors I have ever tried. Specifically, we ended up getting 6 flavors including Butter Bear, Sin Water (cinnamon) — So glad we stumbled in here.
My doctor actually recommended I try to vape to quit smoking cloves — I wasn’t sure before but I am much happier with the drip system and plan to try and stay away from Djarums for a few days — Here’s to quitting!
