The photos don’t match the place I was at, but I must say this was fantastic!!! I got tonsil in my car and I was included in the process and was in and out so quickly… friends service and fits today’s busy locals!

Extremely disappointed to find what was previously a friendly, down to earth Express Lube was now essentially an oil change assembly line. I just wanted to go inside, sit for 15 minutes, and have my car taken care of– but was instead told to pull into the garage, roll down my windows, and would be walked through the entire process. It was a huge sales pitch where everything was an upsell. They were extremely pushy to have me buy extra premium oil for over $ 70 and a new air filter when I had just replaced mine. Ended up saying no (over and over) to instead buy the premium oil, when I just wanted the normal oil. Wasn’t worth the fight.
I really miss the old Express Lube which was good, reliable, and I knew they weren’t going to overcharge or upsell anything– just an honest oil change. I will never go to Valvoline again, whether or not it only took 15 minutes. Honesty is more valuable than a speedy service to me.

I brought my car and my mom’s to this store and we both thought the service was great. The drive-​thru option is fantastic because the oil change was done really fast, and the staff was professional and friendly. We highly recommend this store.

Looks like the old Express lube is gone. Got my oil change done. Great group of people there. I was in and out I didn’t even get out of my car. It was busy when I arrived but still a super quick oil change. They were very vocal thought out the oil change witch they explained to me but the shouting did make it seem chaotic unlike before just relaxing in the lobby. Maybe something we will get use too. Overall great experience.
