These folks have been very responsive and extremely helpful. Other companies who shall remain nameless can’t be bothered to ever call you back. These guys were super in that regard. They did great work were friendly and professional, and didn’t charge me crazy prices. I have the yearly service contract with them and for 3 years now it’s been one less headache. They arrive when they say they will. Wow, what a concept! Too bad so many other businesses are not half as good.

After having another local company tell me during routine servicing that I needed to replace my 16-​year-​old HVAC system, I was referred to Dave by a friend. Boy am I happy I called him! Instead of $ 6500-​$ 11 000 for a new system, Dave, after a thorough inspection, told me he saw no reason to replace it but did find a $ 150 part that was needed to keep the blower motor from wearing out. For a retired senior on a fixed income, this was great news. Dave clearly exhibited the kind of honesty and integrity sorely lacking in the business world these days. Thank you, Dave, for making my day!

ONE OF THE BEST! Earlier this year, I requested 6 estimates from several HVAC companies for a home air conditioning installation. About half were from big operations and the rest from independent local installers. After reviewing each estimate, I happily chose AccuAir. David Sale (the owner) came out twice to discuss the installation and costs involved. His was the only estimate that offered a computer analysis of my entire home cooling & heating needs. His price was the in the middle of the group, but I was completely impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and great customer service offered by Dave and his team. My new air conditioning system absolutely exceeds my expectations. Now that it’s winter, I’ve called AccuAir to repair my heating system as well and am completely satisfied with the service. Call AccuAir… you’ll be glad you did!

AccuAir in Redmond is a great, great business. About 10 inches of snow had already fallen in Redmond when my daughter and I returned home to a freezing cold house. It was almost 5 pm and the heater wasn’t working at all! I called AccuAir and Dave came over in about 15 minutes. He fixed the heater in no time and for a very, very nice price! Thank you AccuAir!

If you are starting to think that all the local HVAC dealers and repair folks are a big rip-​off and a joke for service, you MUST call Dave at Accu Air. It was the smartest move I’ve made for home repair and service, or maybe even any kind of service. When my crappy heat pump that I bought from _​_​_​_​_​fails, I will buy my new one from Accu Air and of course continue with their stellar service.
