Amazing Maids

Amazing Maids provided us an excellent cleaning service for 2 – 3 years. However, when we had our first child they were not very understanding of the stress we were under and quit at the time when we needed help the most.

So far they have cleaned my house twice. (Each time was a team of the same two ladies.) Both times were positive experiences.
Pros:
* Jennifer (phone contact) is very pleasant and positive, easy to talk to, flexible, and usually gets back to you quickly
* They went like mad women on the first visit and really cleaned the place up!
* They managed to clean a filthy tub that had flummoxed other maid services
* They’ll change bed linens
* They have a Prime /​Microsoft discount for the first three cleanings
* On time
Not exactly cons, but other items to be aware of:
* I don’t really speak Spanish and the crew didn’t speak particularly good English, so we had some communication difficulties. If you just want to sit back and let them go at it, that shouldn’t be a problem.
* A few dollars more per hour than some other services. However, see comment about the tub. It was worth it.
