I love Ann Taylor’s clothing and prices (for the most part) I have been into this Ann Taylor about 9 or 10 times and I usually have a good experience but yesterday I came in looking for business attire and their new spring collection and had a disappointing experience. I was completely ignored meanwhile the people who walked in behind me were warmly greeted and asked if they needed help. I was well dressed and approachable and have worked retail for before so I know it can be tiring to greet everyone. Thanks to these employees though, Ann Taylor lost out on a potentially large sale meanwhile they greeted women who proceeded to leave in 30 seconds. They should provide more training for their employees.

I’ve only been to this location once and I was not disappointed.
With that in mind, Ann Taylor is my favorite store for work clothes and this location is huge with a great selection. I could easily spend hundreds here. While I have a difficult size to fit at most trendy stores, the clothes here just fit. I love how well made the clothes are and always get compliments from co-​workers. I think it’s cute enough for 20 somethings while being conservative enough for older ages (of course, you can’t trust my judgement on style as I often rock the same styles as ladies I meet in their 70s or 80s. Win.) This was the 3rd Ann Taylor of the day, so there was nothing new or different, but the staff were friendly and the parking lot wasn’t completely atrocious.

This is a chain, I know, but the Redmond branch has absolutely amazing customer service, everyone who has worked with me there has been 100% helpful, cheerful, and doing their best to help me find what I need. I go out of my way to shop there when I want something from Ann Taylor because they are so friendly and gracious.

I recently went in to buy a suit for work. The manager approached me and was SO helpful. She kept checking on me, started a room for me right away and suggested great options. I felt so comfortable with her and she was not pushy at all, which I have run into before there. They have a great selection of work clothes and casual clothes, plus jewelry and shoes. Check out their clearance section for great deals too!

I give this fine establishment 5 stars, mainly because of the excellent customer service. Whoever is doing the hiring there is doing it right! Ann Taylors are all over, but if you want to shop in a clean, wel-​organized and happily staffed store, try the one in the Redmond Town Center.
