AT&T

Nice and friendly staff. They tried to help us with all our queries. They tried to find the best plan and best deal for us. The store was too crowded and we had to wait for 40 minutes.

If I could give less than one star, I would.
Here’s why: Came in here on a whim because I was at trader joes nearby. Did not realize that it was an authorized retail store, and found a wonderful case for my iPhone. Decided to buy it, and I was super excited because it was going to be very cheap after my 50% Microsoft discount. While checking out I didn’t see the price reduction. That’s when I asked Marilynn Tran, the girl checking me out, about the discount l, and she told me that AT&T stopped giving 50% off to all Microsoft employees. This was news to me (I had just purchased a phone at and a screen protector at a real AT&T, the accessory was half off as anticipated) so I inquired further. I asked if they give it at the real store still, (at this point I was thinking that I didn’t want to buy the case here since I could get it for half off if I went to another store – why wouldn’t I take advantage of half off?!?). She said they don’t do it at the real AT&T stores either because people were buying things at 50% off and selling them on eBay for full price, and that they only discount AT&T brand stuff. This made a bit of sense to me since the screen protector I bought was an AT&T brand, or so I thought. I was shocked and a little sad that the discount was no longer something I could count on. I bought the case and walked out thinking I couldn’t get it for a better deal.
A few days later, I went to a *real AT&T store* to buy something else and they said AT&T never got rid of the discount and that authorized retailers are horrible and apparently liars.
So Marilynn if you read this, please know your outright lie and elaboration on the lie was caught. I returned the case and I will never come back to your store or any other authorized retailers.
Beware of their lies customers.

Another one time when you had to put one star when you are itching to just not give this business even that dignity.
My husband wanted to update to Iphone 6 plus on a random Saturday evening. He called them up to know whether they stock phones for trade-​in and they answered in affirmative. We went in after an hour at 4. The visibly disinterested customer representative took one look at the device that we were trying to trade-​in and told that they can’t take it because of some very negligible scratches on the rim. This when all other AT&T stores we had previously gone to never made a big deal of those scratches. We would have still got her point, this store being an authorized retailer, had she conveyed her message with some polite words. What was really frustrating was her tone and the words she chose to describe the phone (Oh, we can’t take the phone coz it is all messy). It seems she just didn’t get it that she dissed the lone customer walking their way into their nondescript store.
What was worse– a manager overlooking her actions did not even take responsibility or apologize. I
Please do not go here unless you want to deal with some trashy customer service.

Recently I needed to visit AT&T and it seems that Sunday was most convenient to drop by. After consulting the store hours on AT&T’s website, I’ve come by 2 – 3 Sundays this month only to find out they were closed with a note on the door.
They should update the store hours on the website. Be wary if you decide to stop by on a Sunday.

unfriendly staff. Cant get anything done.

This is not a real AT&T store so they can’t help you with account questions. I went in to get help to understand my bill. They spent my time to get all my info. But at the end, they said I have to go to a corporate store.
Overall, the staff was friendly but didn’t seem as knowledgable as I’ve seen at other stores.

Eric Kinzler took good care of me this past weekend and today when I called for help. He knows what he’s doing and he’s helpful and friendly.
