Had an easy filling done and that tooth has been very painful since. Dr. Chang claimed she can’t see what is causing the pain, so all she did is to let the nerve chill out. I decided to move on and see another dentist, it turned out there was one spot left not taken care of. I had to replace that filling by another dentist and it all got better. So it is not because of the nerve after all!!!
Also, they also charged me something extra and after I asked them to list all detailed items to me, they say oh sorry, it was a mistake and now you don’t need to pay a thing!
Lastly, the front desk lady is really unfriendly…

I’ve been to quite a few dentists, and Dr. Chang is right up there. She is friendly, and professional, and spends time getting to know her patients. I never feel like she’s in a rush. Most importantly, she has a good hygienist, and her cleanings are thorough. The staff at the front desk is always very welcoming, and the office itself is very nice.

Just had my first two appointments with Dr. Chang and her staff, first was for an exam and cleaning, and the second to take care of some fillings.
I chose this office because of it’s close proximity to my new office and I can’t even begin to tell you how blessed I feel to have found them!
I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Chang and her friendly, professional staff to anyone who has the good fortune to live or work close enough for this office to serve them.
I’m not sure where JC went, but I seriously doubt it was here!

Not recommended. Went in for a regular cleaning last week, however, to my surprise, they want to charge EXTRA MONEY for cleaning. Never experience extra money for cleaning before, so I was like… hum… watch out… alert… Dentist who wants your money!
At least I have my teeth clean, but be ready to PAY EXTRA before you go in there!

I have received my dental care for over 30 years at Sammamish Valley Dental. My original dentist retired a few years ago and I was a little nervous about who would take over for him, but I can say my fears were totally unfounded with Dr. Chang. She is great. My husband and I both have been very pleased with the care we have received from Dr. Chang as well as the office staff. Everyone treats you like you are the only patient they see. Very personable and friendly. I started going there when I lived in Redmond. I have since lived in Bellevue, Kirkland, and now Everett and I continue to go to Sammamish Dental. So I think that says something.

This place is awesome!
The office staff is very accommodating and friendly. Dr. Chang is a terrific dentist. Everyone here seems to really care about their patients and about what they do. I’ve been going here for many years and have no plans to leave.

Bellevue, WA
Dr Chang is a personable and friendly dentist who knows what she is doing. She seems like she really cares and is not out there to make money an extra buck from you by pushing services that you don’t need, which is high on my list of criteria for a dentist.
Her office is located in downtown Redmond next to the library. There’s plenty of parking in the lot and I’ve been with her through several insurance companies and she accepted them all without issue.
