After an unfortunate mishap with a stressed cat and my couch, I called Chavez Cleaning Service out. They showed up, and did a pretty good job cleaning the couch, and removing several years of dirt and dust, and they scotch-guarded it as well.
The unfortunate thing is, that even after 2 visits out, I had to still rewash the cushion covers to get the smell of cat urine out, because their deodorizer didn’t work on them. For some reason, however, the deodorizer DID work on the sponge part of the cushions, along with letting them air out on the balcony for a week.
I was satisfied with the work that was done, though, and the couch looks brand new.

I am incredibly impressed with this company for carpet cleaning. The price was very reasonable for the amount of carpet I needed cleaned (9 total areas). Javier showed up within a half-hour of my scheduled time and called me to confirm exactly when he would be arriving. He was polite, professional and patient with my questions. He moved the furniture I requested to clean under it and had my check each room to make sure I was happy with the cleaning job. Most importantly, he got EVERY SINGLE spot! I was amazed. My carpets honestly look brand new again. I was a bit nervous about using this company as I hadn’t heard of them previously but I am glad I took the risk. I will be using them again!

Once again I’ve called on Javier from Chavez Cleaning Services. Accidentally scheduling a conflicting appointment with my daughters school, I called to confirm cleaning time. Javier promptly called with his arrival time. He was willing to close up my home in the event he was not finished and I had to leave. It says wonders that we trust him to lock up for us. The job was completed in time for me to lock up. I was educated on caring for the carpet and supplied with blocks for furniture protection.
My carpet and stairs are beautiful and clean. I love this company!!! Thank you Chavez Cleaning for always doing the job right and for your outstanding customer service!!!
