We decided to dine at Coho café, for the first time and were so pleased we did! To start off we decided to make reservations, in case there was a long wait. that was a great call! Upon arriving, the restaurant was packed and there was a line at the door. I checked in and was seated right away, while my husband parked the car. The hostess walked him to our table when he arrived, and we ordered shortly after we were seated. For starters I ordered the tortilla soup and my husband ordered the ahi poke. Both were delicious. For dinner I ordered the seared ahi tacos and my husband ordered the seafood fettuccine. We were both very pleased with our choices and enjoyed our dinner tremendously. The service was excellent! The atmosphere was warm and pleasant, and the staff was very attentive to our needs! We will definitely return!

I love Coho Café in Redmond for several dishes: Chopped Seafood Salad with Fresh Basil Vinaigrette: This is made with Bay shrimp, crab, artichoke, tomatoes, cucumbers, Danablu cheese, pine nuts & mixed greens and comes in a small or large size. There’s a negligible difference in price, but IMO the large is reserved for starving days. Seared Ahi Tacos This comes with Flour tortillas, pineapple salsa, shredded cabbage slaw, chipotle mayo & Texas Caviar. If you ask nicely, you can re-architect and use corn tortillas as everyone knows real tacos are made from corn, not flour. Huevos Rancheros with Pork Green Chili Warm flour tortillas layered with refried beans, melted cheese and two eggs your way.(Mine is scrambled). This is topped with green chili, shredded lettuce and sour cream. This dish is served with Coho brunch potatoes.** (**see note above on Tortilla swap-out) Happy Hour is a good deal as well.

Enjoyed dinner and great service last night(Jackie was terrific) but was so disappointed to see the seafood mixed grille has really changed and the portion was a joke, half of what it used to be. Happy to have used a Gr

Decent American style food and atmosphere. Menu is kind of pricey. Like everyone says, it’s great because they accept the Passport card.

I came here for lunch and got the skirt steak with prawns. The steak was decent but the green sauce that they put over the steak was bitter and way too overpowering. The prawns were tasty. It wasn’t too crowded for lunch, which was great. They have an amazing 2 for 1 entrée deal with a Microsoft Prime card, which essentially cuts the price of the meal in half! If you work at Microsoft definitely don’t forget to bring your prime card!

I have always heard terrific things about Coho so I was very disappointed. Came her for my son in law’s birthday. Started out with beer battered green beans. Light on batter & portion size. Were quiet good but expected more for what we paid. Also had edamame & these were delicious. Beers came quickly, tequila shots didn’t come until our entrees. Of the 4 entrees one was good & even that wasn’t real good. Green curry was really marginal. Presentation was nothing. Ceviche tostados were laughable. Does the chef know what ceviche is? It is not boiled seafood. Disappointing. Seafood fettuccine my husband liked it but you could serve him canned ravioli & he’d say it was great my sample found it bland & overcooked. Fish & chips, thank goodness a restaurant that specializes in fish finally got the most basic dish right. Price to portion size left me feeling unsatisfied but not nearly as unsatisfied as the«Cole slaw». Seriously? Raw cabbage is not cole slaw. All in all disappointed.

This place is huge. It’s a fun place to go for brunch, although I think they need to get their service together. Everything we ordered came out late, one person in our party got food about 20 minutes late, but they made up for it. I think it is a good choice for brunch and I’d go back if I’m in the area.

Great for lunch meetings, Coho is continuing to be my go-to when it comes to taking out clients for casual chat. The atmosphere is always chill, even after the holidays have passed. The service is not very fast and you could wait for awhile until the server notices that you’ve been staring at them for awhile but food is definitely delicious. One of my favorites is Ahi Tacos as well as Fish & Chips if you feel like splurging!

Sorry to say this might be my third review, sat at the bar again and terrible service.

The seafood fettuccine is delicious. The only downside is the prices, but they accept the Microsoft Prime card, which helps a lot.

We both had the Mahi Mahi in a lime sauce for our main course. We started with the crab cakes. Everything was great with the, exception of the asparagus, it was under cooked and a little bitter. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. It was a great place to celebrate our 36th anniversary.

An entirely meh-feeling dining experience. Pad thai and coconut green curry were the only vegetarian options on the menu so I went for those. Both were very average, the green curry even a little bland. Each entrée was priced around $ 15, so somewhat pricey as well. Added an extra star because the staff are really nice and accommodating — we had two additional people join our table after ordering and they were nice enough to relocate us to a new table.

I come to this place every once in a while and I have to admit that it most because they accept Microsoft PRIME card. The food is decent, but there is nothing really special about Coho. Most of the time I eat here I choose the Pit Roast Salmon with mashed potatoes and capers. The sauce of this dish is delicious. However the veggies is never consistent. It was usually served with asparagus. However, every time I order the dish and ask for it, waitress come up with a different excuse: last time it was because they just offer asparagus during summer since it is $ 2 per pound. I believe it was a lie since I ate there during summer(I took a picture and posted) and they offered sweet potatoes and carrots, which is another carb. My friend had it and I asked another veggies and for undercooked green beans. So, we never really know which veggie you are getting unless you ask for the waitress. One time is broccoli, another time is green beans, another is sweet potatoes and carrots… PROS Accepts Microsoft PRIME card Had one of the best salmon dish I have had Nice and clean bathroom Decent bar size Big parking lot CONS Food usually takes a long time be ready Small menu Food is not consistent Bar gets cold during winter It is an opened kitchen and sometimes it smells a lot Definitely a good option if you come here and use the PRIME card.

Turkey Brie sandwich on Macrina bread? Yes ma’am. Tomato soup? Too acidic for me. Seafood chop? Perfection. Service is better than meh. Can’t go wrong here.

I’ve come here a couple times for lunch, and the food has never really blown me away. Today I went in and ordered the cod tacos, which were pretty good. You’re paying $ 13 for two massive tacos stuffed with beer battered cod and an assortment of tomatoes, cheese, and other ingredients you’d expect to find in a taco. Every time I’ve visited Coho Café, it hasn’t been too busy, which is nice(I have gone around noon on weekdays). They are quick to greet and seat you, but after you order, it seems to take a while to get the food to your table. Overall, I would say it’s an «A-Ok» place to go. There wasn’t anything wrong; it just wasn’t great.

I love their food so much. I’ll start with my absolute favorite thing — their fried polenta. It’s on the happy hour menu I believe and it’s incredible. It has jalepenios and salsa on top. So good. My other favorite appetizers are the sembal shrimp and the coconut shrimp. My favorite meal is the mixed grill. Since I like small bites of a lot of things, this meal is perfect. Definitely a luxury because of its price, but so worth it. Salmon, scallops, prawns, asparagus, and scalloped potatoes. Yummmmmm. Service is always wonderful.

I work down the street and this continues to be my go to place for a date night with the hubs or a movie night out with a girlfriend. During the summer it’s so nice to sit on their patio and when it gets a bit colder in the fall, you can always count on their fireplaces(both outside and inside) to warm you up. The food is always consistently great. Like really, really great. I’ve had seafood, steaks, sandwiches, pasta’s and most of their wonderful appetizers. Speaking of which… their HH menu is amazing and the atmosphere in the bar is never too loud or crowded. The service is always spot on and the prices are quite reasonable for it being downtown Redmond. I love this place. Really, I do and that’s saying a lot for my picky taste buds. You really can’t go wrong.

Meh. We stopped in for lunch one day. We weren’t impressed. We could take it or leave it. Pretty expensive for what we got. The hostess was extremely nice but our waitress seemed«bothered» by us. I remember wanting to ask for a refill of my iced tea but hesitated because of the waitresses attitude. My husband complemented the kitchen staff on his burger as we left(the kitchen is open) and we had a pretty tasty quesadilla but it wasn’t to die for. All in all, it was just«ok.»

Where am I? I feel like I am in a Denny’s, but somehow items like Kogi Short Rib & Egg Stack appear on the menu!!! C’mon!!! Just when I was prepared to be disappointed by the distance traveled from Seattle city-center we run into Coho. This place was great!(it may help that we were hosted by some die-hard regulars on a first name basis with everyone). But then again, this place appears to be great to everyone! My meal, everyone’s meal in our 8 person foodie party completely awesome. Family friendly, local friendly, sustainable friendly, they did a great job on our visit and I look forward to returning.

I love this place! The fish and chips are so good. I also like there fish tacos. So much flavor it was actually surprising. I know good fish when I have good fish and this place has some fresh catches! They have an amazing side that’s kind of like cowboy caviar, I would recommend choosing that over the coleslaw. It’s average price for a good seafood restaurant. Staff is always friendly.

We stopped by Coho Café for the first time for a meet up with a group of 10 people. They had a very good, attentive service for the size of the group, which was probably more than the place usually handled. The food selection was mostly American style(although their menu wasn’t too big), but you can probably find something that you might like. We had sweet potato fries with raspberry sauce, strip steak tostada and chimichurri flatbread pizza. While the taste was good, nothing in particular standout. Overall, we would recommend this restaurant because of its great service and a roomy place for a group to meet(most likely you won’t run into problems getting tables of 4+ people. They also do have a pretty good drinks menu(note: happy hours end at 6pm, so show up before then!).

This was an okay little place to have an early dinner after traveling. We sat on the patio as the weather was beautiful, and it was peaceful and private despite the patio facing the parking lot. We had the fiery sambal shrimp which were wonderfully fried and have a nice spicy kick. He had the wok seared soba noodles with chicken(yum) with a strawberry lemonade(also yum) and I had the fish and chips(pretty bland and underseasoned batter, but fresh juicy fish) along with a coconut fizz(or something, it was like a coconut soda, okay but not something you crave). It was a nice meal, although service was mysteriously slow as there seemed to be few customers. Also, the waitresses were all wearing ridiculously short black shorts as part of their«uniform». Shorter than not only what would be appropriate for a restaurant, but shorter than I feel is appropriate overall — booty cheek was glimpsed when a girl was setting plates down on the table next to ours. And while I appreciate short shorts, this was not the place for them.

This review is for Happy Hour only. See, my husband and I often find ourselves late on a Friday looking for a place to grab dessert and a cocktail. Coho seems to be the place we often end up and here’s why… Location: In the same parking lot as the Bella Botega QFC so you have a ton of parking. Business: While it’s often hopping come HH time, we’ve always been able to find a seat(seat yourself in the bar). Bartenders: The bartenders here are SUPER nice and efficient. My glass is empty for 2.2 seconds before I’m being offered another cocktail — why yes, I will have another thank you very much! Cocktails: You’re getting your monies worth here when paying HH price. Less than $ 7 for premium vodka — «what’s that, you have Titos? — pour me another!» Servers: If you’re not sitting at the bar top your server is going to be super nice. They don’t care we’re just there for cocktails and something sweet. Dessert options: Pretty decent. Ice cream, key lime pie, Apple Crisp… pretty sure we’ve tried it all. They’re big enough for sharing though so I wouldn’t recommend getting your own.
