Redmond, OR
One of the few places you will find a natural bulk selection of any kind in Redmond. Organic corn starch… diatomaceous earth… essential oils… bees wax… these are just a few of the things I’ve found there that i thought I’d need to drive to bend to get. I’m going to be looking there for sprouted bread in a few days. I’ll report on my findings.
Update… Not only did I finding sprouted bread but also sprouted english muffins! Fantastic!

A little gem of a shop in the heart of Redmond. With help from their very friendly staff I was able to find specialty items that I was unable to find elsewhere… I know where I will be purchasing my honey, sprouting seeds and health supplements from now on!

Very helpful staff. I was having trouble sourcing some ingredients for a home brew and these guys came through! They even had some other options and suggestions beyond what I had originally thought. After I called, I noticed the time and realized they would be closing soon. They said not to worry and stayed open a few extra minutes for me so I could get going first thing in the morning.

Lovely little natural food shop~ riding from bend to prineville I happened upon this place. Pretty good selection, & prices for its size and location. Very friendly customers & employees, the lady behind the desk told me all about her pet monkey. Yeah pet monkey and help me find a camp sight for the night.
