Considering the other stores in Bellevue, this one is a medium sized, typically bigger than ‘Apna bazar’ and smaller than ‘Mayuri’. That said quality and variety wise it falls short of ‘Mayuri’ store. Costwise some items run cheaper here for e. g Milk. Freshly made Indian snacks tasted good. Placed in a nook it does have a steady number of Indians visiting however, I would say there are better choices. It scores low on cleanliness and overall ambience.

Better Indian grocery store than other two in Bellevue. Staff is polite and helpful. First months members also get some discount.

I must say I have not experienced any issues with the people working at the counter so far, but I am usually lost in my own thoughts as they ring up my bill. This place has a great choice of stuff, and the vegetables are usually very fresh. The last time I went there I was picking out some vegetables but the girl who was filling something else said wait, those are not fresh, and pointed me to a fresh batch. At the counter they always give me a 5% discount as well, which makes this place my favorite when I need to buy a lot of groceries. Not disappointed!

It seemed good. They have a large selection of food I’m totally unfamiliar with. I came in around 10a so they were doing opening stuff, but I was greeted by a guy as soon as he saw me. When I rang the bell for service a girl rung me up, put my stuff in a bag, smiled and thanked me. Prices seemed great — I left with three new snacks to try and a can of soda for $ 6. The only thing that would push this to a 5 star would be some type of canned coffee drink in the fridge, but I don’t know if that’s a thing they’ve got in whatever part of the world this store represents.

The 2 stars here entirely go only to the endless choices in snack items and prices being comparatively less. Apart from that the vegetables are not really fresh and the thing which really puts me off is the arrogance of the girl at the register. She is not only rude with her responses, but does not care much to hand over the receipt or the grocery bag. Customer service must be an alien term to her.

This place is no different than the other Indian grocery stores in the area. But what will keep me from going to this place is the rudeness of the girl at the checkout counter. No response to my hellos and thank yous and after payment, she got busy with her nails without bothering to hand me my grocery bag which she kept on the far side of the counter. I think I’ll drive further and go to Mayuri or Apna Bazar and let her spend time with her nails.
