Dr PC Fix

Great Service; very friendly and I felt like they were fair and honest as far as what needed to be fixed on my laptop. They even copied my tax file onto a thumb drive as a special favor so I could file my taxes, even though they weren’t done fixing my computer. Hopefully I don’t ever need major computer repairs again, but if I do, I would definitely go back to Dr PC Fix in Redmond.

Called and it turns out these folks can’t fix my printer, but they took the time to tell me where I could take it, looked up the phone number, and gave me some advice (most consumer printers cost almost as much to fix as to replace — same thing my teenager told me). Appreciate the assistance!

My laptop stopped working so I took it here. I liked the fact that they don’t charge a diagnostic fee. Jesse called me to inform me what was wrong, and kept me updated by email for every action they took. I was very happy with the service. My laptop is working just fine now.

I brought my incredibly giant, ridiculous liquid cooled PC in for a diagnostic because I couldn’t get a picture. Ricky and company were fast at trying out a couple of different solutions — a different graphics card, new RAM, without the difficulty of taking my entire PC apart. (Which is a pain when you have a liquid cooled computer– it’s no easy task!) Ultimately, they reseated the graphics card after trying a new one, which seems to have fixed the issue. I’m eternally grateful for their quick and friendly help — if I need future help or if a friend is in need of PC repair, I’ll be referring them here. :)

These guys are the best! My PC needed a quick, simple repair that I could actually do myself. The tech showed me what to do and didn’t charge me a cent. Such honesty and amazing customer service is to be highly commended. I would not hesitate to use these guys again, whether I had to pay or not.

Took my Power Mac to this small shop in Downtown Redmond because I thought my power supply went out. The other Mac store in Redmond Towncenter charged a diagnostic fee and sent out my computer. I can’t remember what the fee was, but the thought of having some deliver driver dropping my system somewhere along the route was too much to bear.
Dr PC Fix does not charge a diagnostic fee, and they keep my machine at the facility. They ordered my part only to find that my self diagnosis was wrong. I was billed for the power supply, but that charge was taken off when they found out what was wrong. The problem was cheaper and I received a refund for the difference when I picked it up.
It did take a little extra time due to a shipping problem on the power supply, but the replacement part was in the next day and my computer was ready to go.
Another cool thing they did was send me an email every day letting me know what was going on with my system. Not sure if they always do that, but I will be letting you know because if I have any other problems I will be bringing it back to them

I found this place online along with a couple other iPhone repair stores and I asked for quotes from each store. I was suprised when they sent me a quote quickly and even beat the prices of their competitors! I dropped my phone off to get the LCD fixed and it was done within 30 minutes! The person who greeted me was nice and the transaction went smoothly. I would recommend getting your iPhone fixed here! Would come again (but hopefully not since I don’t want my iPhone to get broken again! :)

Great service, great communication and fair labor and repair charges for fixing the never ending virus problems with PCs. They also repair IPhone screens in just an hour or so. Highly recommend!!!

Love this place! Absolute magicians and were able to resolve an issue with my laptop that had been driving me crazy for more than a year. Quick, fast, fair, and a successful fix. Definitely my new ‘go to’ place for tech issues.

They promptly called me with an estimate and had the computer repairs done by the end of the day. They provided some easy and free tips for keeping my computer running more smoothly in the future.
