On a visit to the area a friend told us about this place and it was a fantastic place to visit. The kids enjoyed fishing and it was a very relaxing place. Will come again for sure. Love it!

When my younger son was small and crazy for fishing, this was a regular haunt in Redmond. Although the park itself is short on amenities and heavy on goose and duck poop, the main draw is that this is a stocked pond(thank you, Fire Department!) that does not require a fishing license for those 14 and under. So not a place to spend all day, but certainly a place where your little ones can practice casting and attempt to hook bluegill, crappie and bass, while feeding the ducks for an hour or two.
