This is a mediocre yoga studio. If you like doing yoga for beginners, not sweating, and freezing because they don’t have enough yogies in the room, it’s too open, and they are scarred to warm it… Then this place is for you.
The instructor is very nice, but she’s afraid to give any real adjustments. He touch is very soft an just feels nice, no adjustment at all.

I’m brand new to yoga, and my experience at Flow Yoga has been wonderful. I’ve been attending classes there a grand total of two and a half weeks, and I am completely hooked. Even though I walked in having no idea what I was supposed to be doing, the instructors have been very patient and all of the instructors and the other students have made me feel comfortable and welcome– and I feel AMAZING after class is done. I love this place!

I went to Erin’s Tuesday 5:45 class. She is a great instructor! Very attentive to each student. The music was good, but not too much. The ambience is excellent. The studio was warm, but not stale or stuffy. I recommend it if you want a power vinyasa practice that is easily modified for seasoned or beginner yogis. I would have given 5 stars, but the studio, although impeccably clean, was a tadbit small.
