I stopped in mostly to get my watch repaired, which the jeweler did, quickly and inexpensively. While I waited, I looked around the store, as I have some jewelry I’d like to have re-​set, among other things. The sales clerk never acknowledged me. Initially, she was helping two other customers, but after a while, she was simply chatting with one of them.
The selection is nice, nothing exceptional. The displays are a bit rough — in need of some window dressing/​polishing up. I can’t speak to the prices, as they aren’t posted.
I would recommend this store solely for the gentleman who does the jewelry repairs.

Took a couple watches into get new batteries. They damaged the back of my coach watch, clearly visible, yet didn’t say a word to me about it. It had never had the battery changed before :(

I love this jewelry shop
We recently purchased an emerald necklace and two wedding bands
I had a prior diamond engagement ring which we exchanged. They offered a very fair exchange value without any haggling
I found the attention to our purchases excellent — helpful without trying to upsell or be pushy. We loved all 3 items
My favorite part, though, was Marcus the golden retriever. He’s a great store ambassador, and we enjoyed seeing him on every visit. The quality and service is the strength of the store of course, but a cute dog makes the experience even better!

My now husband bought my engagement ring and wedding band at Getty Jewelers and I could not be happier.
The first week I had my ring (brace yourself) THREE of the small diamonds fell out! I didn’t know what to do and thought we would have to pay $$$ to get it repaired or have the diamonds replaced. My husband called and right away the owner, a no-​nonsense asian woman said «Tell her not to worry!» and they fixed it no charge! Her comment really touched me and I knew that she was a true professional. I’ve had my ring for almost three years and it’s perfect! Getty Jewelers cares about it’s customers and wants to provide the very best. Thank you GJ!

I have gone to Getty Jewelers for a few years now. They have a nice range of jewelry and I am always able to find something that I like at a reasonable price. I always enjoy petting their dog and They usually offer to clean my rings, earrings etc while I wait for a repair or while they box up a new purchase which is great. Recently I received a new watch as a gift and was there to get the band sized. I planned to donate my old watch to charity but it needed a new battery. They didn’t charge for the battery since I was giving it to the Goodwill. Great jewelers, fun dog, good people — what more can you ask for? y

I’ve been coming here for several years for a variety of jewelry tasks. Including ring resizing, new necklace and ring purchases and more. They are always so friendly, no pressure and i keep coming back. I enjoy their dog who is usually just laying in the corner watching and hoping someone will pet him and play with him.

I came by with some jewelry that needed to be engraved with names written in Russian. All but one of the letters could be done with Latin letters. The engraver did a great job of improvising. I’m very happy with the results and it was very inexpensive. I will always come back here for any engraving needs.

We showed up early and the owner unlocked the door right away for us. Once we stepped in we were greeted by their very handsome Golden Retriever Marcus.
I had a ring that needed resizing and was told that it would take about 3 days. I had a party that I wanted to wear the ring to that night, and I was also flying back to TO in 2 days. The owners were very accommodating and ended up resizing my ring in just under 3 hours! :)
I would definitely recommend them. They had excellent service and if you don’t want to stare at your girlfriend while she looks for jewelry you can play with the dog.

I went to Getty after reading some really awful reviews on other jewelry stores on Unilocal.My girlfriend had a wedding/​engagement ring combo that she inherited from her Grandmother who passed, and I wanted to clean it so I could propose. I really didn’t want to just take it to the nearest shop and hope that everything worked out.
Sandy did an amazing job. Right away she showed me how loose the diamond was by tapping it and moving it around. She also taught me what kind of cut it was, since they don’t cut them like that anymore. After a week they gave it some new points, polished it up, and I was amazed! So was my fiancé.
A week after we got engaged we went back and got it resized and polished. Very affordable and very fast turnaround time every time. You can see the jeweler working right behind the cash register so you know you’re supporting a local jeweler.
And yes, their Golden Retriever is adorable!

Nice local jeweler. I brought my girlfriend’s necklace in to repair a broken chain. $ 18, and it was ready earlier than the quoted time. The items they had on display that I looked at while I waited appeared to be very nice. It is an older couple that runs the shop.
That their golden retriever is a member of the staff is ingenious. I actually went to pick up the necklace sooner since I knew I could pet him! It makes the place feel a lot more relaxed and welcoming (unlike most jewelry stores where I feel more pressure to buy). Marcus the dog is a big reason why they’re likely to be at the top of my list the next time I want to buy jewelry for the gf.

Good shop (IMO). I hate large jewelry stores and all the hub lub.
The owner was nice, helped me find what I wanted and dickered on price a little.
They also have a funny dog, so that made me feel OK about them.

The true test of excellent customer service is not when everything goes right, but when something doesn’t go right. The couple who owns and runs Getty Jewelers are kind, straight-​forward, and professional.
While visiting family in WA, we decided to get a ring sized for me to wear. We brought the ring in 4 days before my flight left, and they graciously offered to fix it a little earlier than normal so I would be able to fly home with the ring.
The day before my flight, we went into pick up the ring and found it didn’t quite fit. (I was sized using a narrow band instead of wide band and apparently that can make a difference on some fingers… such as mine.) They were able to work my ring in for a second resizing, and in time for me to pick it up on the way to the airport the next day.
Though the situation was less than ideal for both sides, they were accommodating and gracious throughout the ordeal. That earns a solid 5 star rating from me!

I brought in my favourite necklace with a broken chain for repair. The owner lady there was friendly and a bit bossy (in a maternal sort of way…) She was totally straight-​up, no BS, and matter-​of-​factly, which was a bit of shock.
I dropped the necklace off at 1, and it was ready by 3. It cost me $ 16 + tax to fix the chain. (I am not sure of the going price for chain repair.)
I’m happy to have my necklace back!

Okay, I only had a minor watch repair done: my new watch’s stainless band was too large and needed to be made smaller. But the guy who works here did a great job, right on the spot, and he charged $ 10 (what I know the watch guy at Macy’s downtown charges for this service) — and his dog, Marcus, was super! It’s good to know I don’t have to go downtown or pay more to get my watches serviced.

Getty Jewellers has always been outstanding. Prices on just about everything are great and their service is great! Repairs are right on cue, exceeding my expectations! (I have pretty high expectations). They are very helpful when it comes to picking out jewelery and are very patient. They treat everyone with respect, and that is something I value. They also have a very cute and playful dog which is usually hanging around the store that I enjoying playing with. Overall, Getty Jewellers is a terrific place to shop for any kind of jewelry. I highly recommend Getty Jewellers.

I love them!
I bought my husband’s wedding band there and they were patient with me as I was having problem’s deciding. They engraved the ring for me too and it was all really affordable and less than I thought it would be.
Also, I had lost a diamond in my engagement ring. Even though I didn’t get the ring from there they were very accommodating, quick and reasonable when replacing it for me. The ring looks great and you would never know it was fixed.
They are friendly and located in Redmond Town Center on the 2nd floor. There is usually a super friendly dog in there too, which I love.
Try them out!
