Horrible service.
I called this company to speak with an agent and was told that i will receive a call back in an hour as they are out of the office. Two and a half hour later i called back and spoke with Joyce, who was helpful with some information but said she can email me pricing. The email i received made no sense and you can tell she just copied and pasted the information from somewhere. I sent a reply email and still have not heard back from her.
She just lost $ 6,000 business.

I called Joyce after reading the good review here. I am a bit disappointed. I keep on calling everyday, every times she mentions she will try to find tickets for me and call me back. But she never call. After a week, i just gave up!

This is a great travel agency. The owner, Joyce Chao, is personable, willing to work with you to get you the best price, and even points you to other businesses (i.e. the internet) if her price is not as competitive. If you want personalized service, an actual person who can follow through with your travel plans, and be there while you are on your trip in case something happens. Grand Travel and Tours is the agency to call. You have nothing to lose but great service.
Since this is a small business, be patient if your call goes to the answering machine. You will always be called back.
